mujtahid, the Ottoman empire was far from being a Muslim state, it was a hereditary Sultanate which according to you guys is "Un-islamic", its official language was Turkish whereas an islamic states language should be Arabic, the Khalifa was Turkish whereas many Muslim scholars dictate that the khalifa must be at least an Arab, most of the Sultans ruled by thier own dictates and not that of the Sharia on many government matters such as taxes, exercise of power and decision making, courts, etc.

mujtahid, the Ottoman empire was far from being a Muslim state, it was a hereditary Sultanate which according to you guys is "Un-islamic", its official language was Turkish whereas an islamic states language should be Arabic, the Khalifa was Turkish whereas many Muslim scholars dictate that the khalifa must be at least an Arab, most of the Sultans ruled by thier own dictates and not that of the Sharia on many government matters such as taxes, exercise of power and decision making, courts, etc.

Wahab in their 18th century rebellion against the Ottoman Khalifa declared him and the Ottomans as infidels "Kufa'ar" and fought against them on that basis. When they sacked the Hijaz in 1802-1804 they killed tens of thousands of Muslims of as "Kufa'ar". So do you have any other example of a "Muslim state" in history?
