Does anyone know the name of that beer they brew up in Gaylord ? I drank some once on a visit to a restaurant in Ann Arbor. The waiter described it as "quasi Bavarian".An odd-sounding term to the ears Anglo-Scot such as myself. It was a fine beer, though. The memory of it lingers on .....
