I agree! Shane is awesome and spiritual, his music a gift. I have been saddened by these many comments about booze and teeth. They got nuthin better to say?? People just plain ignorant! But Shane, one of a kind, touches God.
Top of the Pops used to insist on bands lip-syncing. It saved them having to sound check and set up for every band that played so they could get through as many different bands in the half hour show as possible.
It wasn't a reflection on whether the band was good enough to play live or not.
Well Ronnie definitley is you can hear that live feel well fr Shane im not sure but just like everything else it look weird cous he is high and there are loads of flashing lights xD

Mr McGowan had a little drop of whiskey so they made a lip syncing. They wanted to make sure it will all go all right. It reminds me of polish blues singer, he was just like mcGowan, his name was Richard Riedel, he always was drugged or drunk on his concerts, yet those was one of most beautifull things in polish blues music ever :)

definetley lip syncing, it identical to the studio recording. with the exception of the crowd shouting.
