  • I'm certain you've already been asked this plenty of times, but is there any difference between characters?

  • ese no es un hack yo tenia el cartucho para mi snes

  • Awww man, I had a copy of this game too! Haha! The last boss is Mewtwo shooting strange purple things at you D: along with tododile's scooter! Maaannnn this game is also slightly addicting too! :D

  • Amazing.

  • Lol psyduck

  • Hi, if you think about selling this game, send me a message. I collect SNES Pirates and HKO's. Greets Svambo

  • Look, a dumper will do nothing cruel with your cartridge. It goes into some kind of copystation just like it is played on a SNES. Please overthink your decision...

  • SNES Roms like this need to be dumped for the community, and its Important to sustain the games for a long period.

Search for the dumper "Callis", he is very professional at this. You will get the game back for shure!

    Dont be selfish.

  • @ChronoMoogle I do apologize, but having to send my game through the mail and having no guarantee it will return back to me is a risk I am unwilling to take. The only thing I can recommend is find a copy of your own and copy it then. It sounds like more and more copies are emerging anyway.

  • @NintendoChampion

You can get a VERY cheap SNES game copier called UFO Pro 6 for only $16 + shipping (which is about $30) at gamedoctorhk(dot)com

It used to be back in the day the SNES was the main Nintendo game console, you'd have to personally know a SNES ripping "scene" member and ask them to rip it for you.

But now you can do it yourself.

Please consider buyining this SNES game rom dumping device and then dumping it and post the download link in your video description.

  • @ChronoMoogle

There actually exists a ROM of this game now.

  • @ChronoMoogle I sent my cartridge to get dumped and a ROM should be available soon. But I must say assholes like you discourage me from being willing to share anything, due to you're ridiculous sense of entitlement to free copies of game someone else bought. Who owes you anything? Maybe if you spent lots of money yourself on something rare you'd understand the hesitation in sending something away with the risk of it being lost. And all these excuses of "for the community :(" are pretty laughable

  • @shoemanbundy Nobody owes ME something but there are so many roms which were dumped by various SNES archivers that it is just natural to support it with missing stuff. And don't laugh about the chosen word community, I use it because the SNES forums, fanbase and blogs still are very alive. Another person I know even gave NintendoChampion the option that the dumping tools are sended to him/her and she didn't replied anymore. So where is the point of risk?

  • @shoemanbundy Whatever... I really appreachiate that you are dumping your cartridge but I couldn't leave your verbal attack as it is.

  • @ChronoMoogle I think people like you need to understand that when you say stuff like "Don't be selfish", you sound like you're speaking for yourself and you're expecting people to be giving you stuff they paid for, for free. Maybe if you had something rare but not all the time in the world or the willingness to set it free into the postal system to possibly get lost, you'd understand more how annoying it is to see comments like that.

It just comes off as arrogant and not too nice.

  • @shoemanbundy I already dumped a lot of satellaview stuff which is even rarer and pricier than pirate games. However, I understand your point that I should have used nicer words.

  • Please tell me I"m not the only one to think about this... but... Chika's face looks like an "Awesome face" face... Just throwing that out there...

    Also, this looks strangely fun...

  • Where's Cyndaquil?

  • @Johnny2071 dead.

  • Really now..........

  • @Johnny2071 lol sorry, I couldn't resist. I'm obviously joking.

  • Watching Chikorita fly is like trippin acid.

  • where is cyndiquil!?!?!?!?

  • Where can I find this cart? ebay? :)

  • Are those the rings from Sonic?

  • Is this game a pirate? Because their might be a good chance it's a bootleg video game.

Because it's too good to be a bootleg SNES game.

  • Pokemon in this Level:

    Vileplume

    Psyduck

    Beedrill

  • it looks so similar to tinytoon adventueres for sega genesis

  • i think it is a hack of the bonkers game

I had a chance to buy this for 5 bucks XD

if i knew it was that rare i'd have bought it XD

  • Where did you get a chance to buy it? What area of the world?

  • In Brazil, i found it in imports store that brought it from paraguay

  • That is 100% Bonkers sound effects and music. However surprisingly every single sprite is original....go figure

  • Two copies?! And you got one?! oO

Woah, you must be lucky as hell.

The other person with this game will have to be that girl.

  • That would be correct. I've been talking with her ever so often. She gets all kinds of neat and weird Pokemon hacks.

  • Do you know how to dump ROMS? If not, please give it to a specialist who can make a ROM of it.

  • I do not know how to dump ROMS, nor would I lend it to anyone. I hope you understand how "rare" this item is that I couldn't possibly try to send it away. It's not the greatest of games anyway, so you're not really missing anything.

  • I know it's very rare, and I can understand you don't want to give it to somebody who dumps a ROM of it. I love Pokémon and this game looks pretty cool. I've played Pokémon (PD) and I liked it a lot. This one looks even better. Hope to see a dump of it soon.

  • Where can I get this game?

  • Unfortunately, there's only two copies revealed so far in the world, and none of them have been converted to a rom. Sorry!

  • Wow nice

  • hmph, some people may be thinking this is a hack of a Sonic game. most probably because of the rings, the ground and because chikorita can fly. now, I prove you this:

    1. This is a SNES game. Sega and Nintendo weren't affiliates at the time of Snes, which means, no original Sonic for Snes.

    2. What would those calm musics be doing in a Sonic game? Who already played Bonkers will recognize the music in no time.

    3. The ground is not like a Sonic's ground.

Try to compare a Sonic's game with this.

  • I think they're comparing it to the Sonic 4 pirate for SNES, not an actual Sonic game :p

  • Yes its a hack. I recognize the sound track, its from bonkers... I have the original cartridge.

  • Which cartridge? Bonkers? I have it as well.... take care!

  • heh, and my cousin has the hacked cartridge. the big problem to us is that our SNES is broken...

  • You could always find another....

  • i have a snes

  • "chokorita"? "waninoko"? WTF!!!

  • I'm assuming they were the japanese names of the characters... then again, it's a pirate, so they probably just slapped anything in. Thanks for watchin'!

  • ´welcome! :)

  • Uh oh, Bonkers ripoff SNES-wise. That sound is obviously from Bonkers. Where's the original sound for pirate games?

  • Apparently sound is a lot harder to create than sprites. Go figure!

  • That explains the stolen sound. Maybe next time, they can at least use a sound engine and reverse engineer it, then make their own music with it.

  • Too difficult to do. Hackers don't want to spend a lot of time and effort into making a new game. They want to change as little as possible to get away with as much as they can.

  • That explains the lack of SNES pirate games...

  • No kidding

  • That explains the lack of SNES pirate games...

  • (Er, sorry... accidentally posted the same message twice.)

  • (Um, no problemo)

  • No kidding

  • I won another pirated Pokemon game for SNES off of ebay, I suck......

  • You pain! It was probably the one I was going after too! hehe... Take care!

  • Wait which one? I'm sorry if it was you I outbid (they don't disclose ebay usernames anymore), I had the game on my wantlist for

3+ years, so I got a little fiesty over trying to win it lol.

  • I'm not sure, I think it was the Pic Hu one. The same guy had a Sonic 4 for SNES as well that I lost :(

  • Yeah that's the same "Picachu" one I won, I think it's the same as that Pokemon SNES bootleg that kevinmlai has on this account, but I can't be certain cuz the seller listed the game as a fighting game, so who knows. And yeah I saw the Sonic 4 games too (there were two Sonic 4's up for auction, they had different labels but I think the same game), I thought about bidding but wanted to put all my efforts and money into the Pokemon game. Anyway once the game comes, i'll make a video, of course.

  • Yeah, I figured it was you. Oh well, nice win!

  • Yeah, I change my ebay user ID often haha.

  • Yes, I definately noticed you change it often....

  • Wait, sorry for the confusion.. i did NOT win the Sonic 4 game.

  • Yes... I knew that too?

  • ohh ok nevermind, I guess only confused myself then haha.

  • hey by the way i FINALLY received the SNES pokemon game and posted a video on my channel, it's.. interesting.

  • no, it was a game of a chettah police(i forgot his name)

  • Bonkers. That's where the music came from. Thanks for watching!

  • Flying Kabuto....yeah.

  • Could be... they have magic powers! hehe....

  • that seems to be sonic game, grass type is tails with new projectile attack.

  • Could be, but which Sonic game?

  • Interesting hack.

There are a couple of possibilities here...

    1) It's a graphical hack of another game, but uses Bonkers' music. Perhaps disassembling the ROM could lead to hints of what game it was originally.

    2) It's a completely original game, just using Bonkers' music (hey, it has happened before).

Either way, you should get in touch with someone with backup tools to distribute the ROM... Or get the backup tools yourself. :)

  • When I first watched one of the other clips (with the mountain scaling), the first thought to pop into my mind was Capcom's "Mickey's Magical Quest" series. Probably wrong, though, as I haven't played the games in a long time (only beat the first one, and played a bit of the second; never touched the Japanese-only third game).

  • I should probably check out MMQ as well. Thanks for the heads up!

  • Where do you recommend getting the ROM dumping tools?

  • Not sure, to be honest. Perhaps you could search Google to find blueprints on how to make one. I'd imagine it'd require a Super NES pin connector (or at least, a connector with the same number of pins as the Game Pak slot in a Super NES) wired to a USB port or something... [shrugs]

  • The fact that Hinoarashi/Cyndaquil isn't playable makes this game epic fail.

  • Good to see Internet lingo is being used to good use... lol

  • is it possible this was ported from a (yet to be discovered) Mega Drive game? the other SNES Pokemon game was, and that used music from Bonkers as well.

  • That is most definately possible. The game is still very much an enigma. Thanks for watching!

  • Hey you own this game too?! It was the very first SNES pokemon game i came across (with the exception of one called 'picachu') that I bought off of ebay and it arrived today. Where did you get yours? And when? anything else you could tell me? sorry for all the questions, I didn't know anyone else knew about this game!

  • I'm starting to wonder the same thing... I got mine quite some time ago.

  • Where did you get it?

  • Off of eBay, just like yours. I wish I knew more info about it though.

  • Me too :( the ebay seller didn't know either, he said there was a video game store going out of business and they just bought their entire stock of SNES games, and this game was one of them.

  • The game's based on Bonkers for the SNES. The music gives it away.

  • Yeah, they used the same music, but definately not the same game. Thank you very much for your input though! It was a real eye opener!

  • Looks kind of like Donkey Kong Country, but... DK and diddy cant fly?!

  • Hmmm... thanks for the observation!

  • i dont remember jazz jackrabbit to well to tell if the graphics are from that, but they do look ALOT like sonics graphics

  • and come to think of it, the way chikorita floats is kind of like how tails floats :|

  • I've been quoted that these could be Genesis graphics. Very weird to see it on a SNES though... Too bad I don't know enough Genesis history. :(

    Thanks for watching!

  • Rather odd...

  • No kiddin', eh? Thanks for watchin'!

  • Well, im not sure about the game itself, but i can tell that Graphices are from Jazz Jackrabbit, an old PC game.

Aslo, could show us the cartige? I know a hell lot of pepole with bootlegs.

  • I'm not sure the graphics come from Jazz Jackrabbit, as I'm quite familiar with that game. There are similarities, but not quite. Anyway, How would you like me to show the cartridge? I have a picture of it, but not sure how to get it to you. Thanks for watching!

  • you paid money for what is probably just a graphical hack of an entirely unrelated game?

  • And your point is....?

  • You're not even making sense right now. Also, I find it hilarious that your reply to your own video is marked as spam. What, are you attempting to hide it?

  • Someone's just jealous....

  • that looks like sonic territory.

  • Sonic games are a lot faster though. Which Sonic were you referring to? Thanks for watching!

  • Where can I find this game?

  • As far as I know, I'm the only one that has an actual copy of it. Thanks for commenting!

  • Is this really a SNES game? It looks more like a Sega Genesis game to me...

  • This is most definately a SNES game. I have the cartridge and everything. It may have been a Genesis game originally, but I was playing it on the SNES. Thanks for watching!

  • wow, are you dense or what?

  • Read above comment...

  • Okay, true about the game boy colour.. but still.. SNES graphics like this! 'Twas an incredible feat, methinks. Thanks for watching, and if you can figure out what the original game to this is, please let me know. Take care!

  • weird...where did you get it from?

  • From eBay. There's a lot of crazy stuff on there! Thanks for watching!
