I noticed that you recommended chocolate I was wondering if you were aware of claims that it is hepatatoxic and poison to the body? I recently for the first time ate some raw cacao beans and nibs and did feel a bit unwell and very tired for a couple of hours after wood but it may have been a coincidence. I have consumed cacao power mixed with hot water many times without issue could it be that the raw whole beans contain much more potent bio actives or toxic components hence the reaction?

@hunnedfourthstreet I've used both new chapter and gaia herbs. per amount of extract they are the same price and work equally as well. I have some serious inflammation and holy basil has taken me from painful breathing to painless breathing... but well new chapter and gaia herbs are kind of expensive so I bought a full pound of organic whole holy basil from mountainroseherbs [dot] com it does work but i really need to learn more basil recipes. lol. or maybe i will tincture it myself. who knows.

@anurre5 I've read in quite a few places that Tumeric helps clear the skin, you can either drink it in tea or make a facial mask (though it will leave your skin yellow even after you wash it, at least for a few hours).

@WinWinSituations Totally agree...ADYA CLARITY....amazing product. After taking super shots of it for a week, I sliced my finger almost to the bone and straight through the fingernail! I have never seen my blood such a bright red color before, and the finger probably needed stitches. I skipped the ER and put only colloidal silver on it....healed so rapidly I couldn't believe it, and I think adya clarity was only thing different going on.
