Just amazing, this really makes me have hope for my nephew who is 8 months old with type 3, he is up to 62 breaks . He just started agining head control and is scooting around on his back in circles
Hey, I think you should read "Handle With Care" by Jodi Picoult, it's a really good book about a mom giving birth to a baby girl with OI type 3. It's really touching. :'D

I Have Type 3 Oi, I Am 11 years old turning 12 in december, Am in 8th grade, have had over 300 broken bones, metal rods in arms and legs, unable to walk and am wheelchair bound
CheerleaderAmylia: Nice to see more people who is studying Osteogensis Imperfecta types I, II and III. I have study this for 2 years now, and will continue to study it.
@glamourousbarbiedoll: I have type 1 myself but luckily I have it relatively minor - I've only broken 14 bones so far. I think people are still very ignorant of OI but it's great that you're studying it too. More people should recognise how truly strong families like Molly's, dealing with OI, are! xxx

We are in the hospital right now getting new tibia rods. Molly has rods in all 4 major leg bones, and one of her arm bones.
