Many people use yoga as an element to relieve stress. I myself meditate/perform yoga, it relaxes the body and the mind. I think people are allowed to do so with a light heart. Who says that Hinduism is conjoined with yoga? I can read horoscopes, but does that mean I believe what they tell me? The same applies to yoga. I perform it, but do I do so for the same reasons Hindu's do?

Yoga is a great way to get stretching exercises. I have a lot of yoga tapes. They're great exercise. They have nothing to do with any religious practice. If there's any "spiritual" stuff thrown in there, I just ignore.

yoga propitiate us to achieve enlightenment through our one self and own achievement towards God....it leaves out the fact that only Jesus can do that to us...hence it is not biblical and it is best advice to stay away from it....the only meditation we are supposed to do is meditating on God's scriptures in the Bible.
