@theElite97 The costume that he's famous for can be seen in the second opening. It should be noted though that in his early days under the gimmick, he used the design shown in this opening as his costume as well (look for his debut match as Jushin "Thunder" Liger here on YouTube to see for yourself).

@sagaap Actually it was the other way around. The manga/anime was created by Go Nagai and the anime in turn inspired the wrestler much like Tiger Mask.

@sagaap Actually The Jushin Liger anime was first. Keiichi Yamada became Jushin Liger when he went back to NJPW in the 80's. His gimmick was based off of this anime due to its popularity.
