Follow up on my last comment: it doesent really work if u put the prescription glasses directly over the reald ones.... I found that focusing both eyes one of the lenses sort of gives u a 3D effect, it's just about positioning the pres. glasses u can try different positions, close to the screen, mid range, the two eye focusing I mentioned, or just disregard all of this if you just don't give a shit

I was testing out a few ways on how to make the 3d effect work and I found that by putting the real d 3D glasses on and then putting my regular prescription glasses over the reald ones it gives u that 3d effect... No bullshit try it out if u have prescription glasses... You might have to adjust the position of your pres. glasses until u find the spot... This was pretty sweet I didnt think it would work at first but it really looks 3d

for real 3d to work, it has to be on a special monitor or on a special projector (or 2 projectors) because its 2 videos over lapping with a slight difference. that mixed with the polarized glasses makes the 3d effect. its not gonna work on a normal computer monitor

first of all,the movie was very cute.and it was introvert or non pulfrich 3D ,which means that everything happens inwards thus do not pop at you.

all multiplex type of 3D are introvert.anaglyph and imax 3D are extrovert meaning they are based on pulfrich effect.they generally pop out.

reald is going inside the canvas like a concave mirror and imax 3D is like convex mirror.

@keyrian2 its not going to work on the pc because a computer cannot show a projected image in polarized style. the picture needs to be polarized BEFORE it reaches your monitor. in theaters they have a projector with 2 lights shining through it, one is negative and one is positive. this process would need to be done first before it reaches the pc to be possible. and to do it without a special monitor would need each other frame to be polarized opposite, and hopefully have enough fps to be smooth.

@Mr18settembre Polarized reald 3d is only available for people with a polarized projector, a silver surface screen and a reald projector filter. The whole kit cost me around £7500 pounds. They will start 3d ready television using something called shutter glasses soon but you'll have to wait for a price drop and it will be a while before thats on youtube
