I guess it's pretty okay. Despite some of it being lazy (ex. the fire being 3-6 frames of non-tweened animation from what I can see), I suggest you use more.

You don't have to use gradients for everything. If you're just starting off, making the animation look smooth or nice might be more time-conserving.

The alpha was well-done though.

I also suggest animating the thing without just tweening (ex. do some FBF, that's not the rocket fire, in a movie clip while tweening it).
