The intellect can't articulate what the consciouness becomes aware of.
When they are talking about de-coding his info, he is illustrating well the principle of trying to have the intellect make sense of what the conscious awareness instantly comprehends.
Our awareness and our intellect are fundamentally different.
From my own experience, Icke is right about *some* things but other things he can not wrap his intellect around to interpret and that's where the shapeshifting nonsense comes up.

This is gonna sound crazy, but I'm not kidding.
Last night I had a nightmare that there was a pandemic in Europe. My friend had the cure for it but these guys in black suits wanted to kill him, my sister and I. We managed to find more people willing to help us. But there was no internet, mass chaos, no phones, no electricity, restricted travel etc. and I couldn't find my family.
This is maybe what's gonna happen I don't know. All I know is that I'm a pretty tough guy, but I was terrified
