@macnpepperjack these are distortions generated by the warp engines, picked up on subspace radio by the cameraman... So yeah, the ship's doing at least warp 1, which is pretty fast :D
They made one huge mistake on here: There is no sound in space, so why is the spaceship making wooshing noises like a jetplane that is flying past at highspeed?
