i used to play duduk its not that easy at all you have to hold your breathe for a long time and have to know where you hand has to be if you mess up on a single note then the song is messed up

I used to play the saxophone phone years and quite awhile back..ive been thinking of picking it up, but its too loud for where i live. After i heard the Duduk, i have to get one and learn to play this beautiful. Its a instrument you can really pour your emotion and soul into. if you have played an instrument, you know what i mean. Music is suck a beautiful thing, and the soothing soft sound this instrument makes is amazing. cant wait to get one.

Actually, DUDUK was introduced to the world by the All-time Duduk Maestro, Vache Hovsepyan (Vatche Hovsepian)in the 70's, when a group of Armenian musicians and singers travelled to Moscow to perform and promote the Armenian culture.

I will post a short story about that event here, titled "We Shall Show Duduk To The World"

As far as duduk history is considered, its been registered at UNESCO as one of the oldest ancient instruments in the world as far back as 500B.C.
