Seamus, if you turn into a werewolf on the outskirts of town, then run in and kill your target, you will not gain a bounty, given no one sees you turn into a werewolf. However, the towns people will start attacking you for no apparent reason.

@TheAmerican97 Well when you decorate it you get a torture room. When you talk to those people they will tell you where hidden treasure is, each person gives you like 4000 gold. So it's worth it.

@AndyFlakson When you finish the job of killing the real emperor, then the quest marker will show and it will ask you to return to him. then when you do return to him it and i think( my memory is fuzzy) he will be in whiterun in a shop i think. He will be in a small room like the video seamus made before this. then he will tell you where to collect the reward. But i cant remember if it is after you collect the reward or before. Either way, close the door. Kill him. On him will the Jewelry and $
