  • I believe in sexual healing for all prisoners

  • Love Penn and Teller...great show, but still..I approve of the death penalty. For extreme violent crimes where there is no doubt. I agree with Josh..

Whats bullshit is the justice system today where the courts are more concerned with the criminal than the victims, where the criminals well being and feelings are more important then justice.

  • @55Freya if you kill them your doin the same thing they did....murder....let them rot in a cell for the rest of their day....just felt i need to comment...no disrespect....cuz i understand ur argument

  • Comment removed

  • @JuggaloBeatbox lol No it is NOT the same at all. Death as a punishment is NOT the same as murder...do you even know the definition of murder? Why make the victims family pay to keep the killer alive? Why WASTE millions on a cruel killer?

  • @55Freya I've heard it's more expensive to execute though :X

  • @TheSheepwall Which doesnt make any sense at all! lol.....just proves how messed up our justice system is.

  • @55Freya

Justice, eh? I can't tell you much about justice, but I can tell you about injustice. I can tell you that the death penalty is a racist institution. I can tell you that innocent men are sent to death row, and executed. I can tell you that it takes an obscene amount of time to get an innocent man off of death row. I can tell you that prosecutors have with alarming frequency withheld evidence that proved beyond a doubt that the accused was innocent.

So yeah. Tell me about your justice.

  • @Bhikshu2 Wow...the death penalty is a racist institution? LOL...thanks for the laugh:) You just told me you are unable to have a logical adult conversation.

  • @55Freya

Well, no. But you just told me that you are unable to analyze statistics. Blacks are disproportionately more likely to be executed than whites. Probably because we leave this sort of thing up to humans instead of a strict system. People are misled by the culture in which they are inundated-- and our culture has this to say "Black people are dangerous, scary, and alien."

Of course, your head is probably so far up your ass all you see IS black.

  • @Bhikshu2

Source: Sabol, William J., PhD, Minton, Todd D., and Harrison, Paige M., Bureau of Justice Statistics, Prison and Jail Inmates at Midyear 2006 (Washington, DC: US Department of Justice, June 2007),

Of the 249,400 state prison inmates serving time for drug offenses at yearend 2004, 112,500 (45.1%) were black, 51,800 (20.8%) were Hispanic, and 65,900 (26.4%) were white.

Ever think its JUST a number thing and not racism? If more blacks are in jail in general.. more will be executed.

  • @55Freya Maybe instead of looking at the color of a person on death row look at the crime. Justice has no color and I don't care how much pigment a person has, if you do crime you go to jail. If you do a heinous crime you should die for it. Maybe instead of saying the system is racist why not try to get "blacks" to stop committing crimes? If there were less "blacks" in jail and who do violent crimes less would be on death row. lol not everything is about race twit.

  • @55Freya

Citing statistics. A step in the right direction... But you're citing DRUG statistics, and we aren't quite so backwards as to consider drug possession and distribution as a capital offense. That aside, if you honestly think that blacks are THAT much more likely to commit crimes than whites, well... The truth of it is, blacks are more likely to be convicted as part of a larger social pattern which Youtube's 500 character limit, frustratingly, keeps me from exploring sufficiently.

  • @Bhikshu2 It was an example. The FACT it there are more "blacks" in jail than whites. So yes, its logical to assume more will be on death row. Don't like it? Who cares? Just bc there are more ppl with higher pigment (and thats all it is) are in jail doesnt make the system "racist". There are also more brunettes in jail than blondes....does that mean the "system" favours blondes? lol...its ppl like YOU who are racist.

  • @55Freya You say "blacks" are more likely to be convicted then "whites"...but you don't think they actually commit the crimes? You think a judge, jury and police look only at the individuals pigment level and base their judgements on that? You think they are arrested and given jail time based on the color of their skin and not what they have done? You propetuate a stereo type and blame the "system" for an individuals choices..like committing a crime. lol...not everything is about race.

  • @55Freya Just bc there are more ppl of a certain pigment level doing something, doesnt mean its about race. There are more white lawyers then "black"...does that mean law schools are racist? There are more "black" basketball players than white...is the sport racist? What about hockey...must be racist bc there are more whites than blacks.... lol. This is your reasoning....lol..

Sorry about the rant, 500 words are too short for a comment.

  • @55Freya

Bravo! In the spirit of all true conservative thinkers, you take someone else's words, twist them, and then lie to make the other person look bad. Bloody fucking brilliant. Am I saying blacks don't commit crimes? No, that would be stupid. Am I saying that it's a whole lot easier, when a prosecutor is under pressure, to 'sell' a black defendant to a jury than a white one? Yes. And don't give me bullshit about how I'm racist for being aware of an issue we like to sweep under the carpet.

  • @55Freya

A white defendant is more likely to get the benefit of the doubt, more likely to be given a plea agreement, more likely to be able to afford a good lawyer (Poverty has a strong racial component! WHO KNEW?), and more likely to avoid a conviction. It must be pretty easy to ignore racism when you've stuck your fingers in your ears and taped your eyes shut to the very much true fact that the practice is alive and well today.

  • My version of punishment is rather evil in it's own way. I believe anyone who commits one of the big crimes (Rape, Murder, Ect) should be locked in a 4x4 concrete cell buried underground so no light ever reaches them. That they should be sentenced to solitary confinement from the first day of their sentence to the last. Instead of putting these people in the public eye because of what they did, do what they really fear make them nothing.

  • @SigurdHeathen Why? I do not think it is right to deliberately take the life of a human being against their will, and the fact that murder is illegal suggests that society feels the same way...And yet America allows the death penalty. I don't care what a person has done, how many people they've slaughtered, how proud they are that they did it, I will NOT do to them what they have done to their victim, and claim that my version is right or better.

  • robotic vagina?

  • @eric2dea In britain we do. If we do it's because it has something to do with race if it doesn't then we just don't mention.

  • The basic point is, do we want to do a person what that person did to his victim(s)? What does that make us?

  • 4;53 - a "raft" of studies? Dude, I think your "raft" is sinking...

  • "They deserved to die" is the cry of every murderer in history. A woman poisons her husband, and says he deserved it. A man rapes a woman wearing a short dress and make up, and says she was asking for it. Someone hunts down and tortures the person who abused them as a child, and calls it justice. We can't just say that murderers deserve to be killed, because that is the exact same attitude that those murderers had towards their victims. What makes our version of killing right, and theirs wrong?

  • @PassTheMarmalade1957

"We can't just say that murderers deserve to be killed, because that is the exact same attitude that those murderers had towards their victims."

    That is truely moronic logic.

  • that lady who owns the "museum" was so damn ignorant about the punishments origins. it made me cringe.

  • I don't really care about killing prisoners. Doesn't bother me even slightly.

HOWEVER. I do not trust prosecutors. It is too easy for some horny prosecutor to manipulate even an intelligent informed jury into killing a human being. Juries today are unintelligent and uniformed, so I trust them even less.

  • Prisons are only a waste of money because crime is theoretically evitable, and not be increasing control over citizens. All negative actions are caused by anger, greed, pride, and ignorance. That simple. Decrease those (in yourself!) and decrease crime.

  • @RandomTask3000

I agree! Unleash the murderers and rapists upon society! Anarchy I say!

  • @SigurdHeathen Yep. You are agreeing with me because that is both what I said and what I believe. Not an exaggeration--to the point of absurdity--of a completely unrelated opinion at all. I mean, just look at my comment. How could telling people that decreasing anger jealousy greed pride and ignorance will decrease crime NOT mean what you said. Furthermore, I could have left out the part about "crime is theoretically evitable" and just put what you wrote because it is the SAME.

  • 05:44, The Mexican Johnny Cash :D

  • Good thing I live in canada

  • Prisons are a waste of money

  • @CheesyWobbles You clearly haven't spoken to somebody that has served a sentence nor been one yourself. (I was visiting, not serving!)

  • @Waine999 sorry to reply in a comment not directed to me and I mean all due respect, but prisons sometimes make people even worse, I can't talk about American penal system, I'm Mexican, and I have many acquittance that served time in jail, and sadly they either are "proud" and brag about it, or in the worst case they don't care about life outside the can, not to mention drug abuse and gangs.

  • @MrKaozKaoz I can confirm that even in this "best country in the world" (Finland) former prisoners usually go there again. We have EXTREMELY short sentences (2 years for child sexual abuse, 50% off for first-timer and most of the time in community service) and the sad truth is that no matter how much you put them in the will never stay there long enough to learn something. Even our "lifelong" is 12 years.

  • @Waine999 that is the thing, I am not fully PRO death penalty, but sometimes people just see the "moral" side of things, to be 100% objective on such delicate subject you can't just go and say "killing is bad because it IS bad", criminals sometimes enjoy criminal justice system because they know there is nothing that can be done against them that will actually hurt them, specially when you are used to be in jail

  • Not to sound like a PC asshole, but if it was a crazy white guy would you replace the word Negro in your racist rant with "white guy."

  • Why not put those inmates to hard work instead? So they can pay for their lifetime incarceration?

  • the only reason the death penalty might not have the deterent it should is because we give to mant appeals.A convicted murderer should only be allowed 3 appeals and no more.it would take about 2 to 3 years to execute them at reduced cost.

  • the thing the country doesnt know if there killing a killer they could kill a innocent and not even know it. I am glad to be against the death penalty i am a proud liberal who wants to get the death penalty abolished forever

  • @VampiresBiteHard666 those cases are few and far between.the majority of those on death row are guilty. If we didnt have all the appeals executing someone would be cheaper than encarcerating them and giving them cable and 3 squares a day on my tax dime.I am a bit biased as I had a loved 1 raped and murdered and her murderer was convicted through not only dna but his own addmission.I dont think I should have to feed and house this scum on my tax dime for the rest of his life.

  • @ranchai100 any real human being will spend there taxs on inmates to keep them alive and what you dont understand is everyone on death row is innocent and they do not deserve to be murdered its more better to keep them alive than to put inmates down like animals this country needs to abolish the death penalty to prevent more innocent people being murdered on the outside and on death row

  • @VampiresBiteHard666 Why not.the negro who raped and murdered my cousin put her down like an animal.I think that the murderer should die in the same fashion as their victim. And I personally refuse to pay taxes for her murderer to have cable and 3 squares a day when she cant.when this negro is finally executed,I will return to the states and watch him die.

  • @ranchai100 if you get pleassure outta watching a human being die your the sickest person ever

  • @ranchai100 Too bad the family of victim cant put the murderer to death

  • I would say some offenders who would committ Heinous crimes like Murder should be executed like,John Wayne Gacy, Ted Bundy,Albert Fish, and Gertrude Banazewski

  • Why not just lock the killers into a hole in the ground for life?

  • I love this show, but couldn't care less about death penalty.

  • though I love this video I could not favorite it because the comment "That Tookie WIlliams was a scum Bag" I dont agree. To me he was a warrior who transformed his life for the better, And did save people from entering and engaging in street & gang violence. Through his voice and books he helped unify & reconcile many rivaling gang members & did much to lead many children to a righteous path

  • humans are the scum of the earth... we should all be killed... but then again, it's just soo much fun to destroy the planet =)

  • @Zolbat if you make a religion count me in =D

  • My country doesn't have death penalty based on a constitutional right "the right to live" poorly translated, I think it does make sense, killing a killer won't bring the victims back. Killing a person for vengance is a really lousy reason to endorse it.

  • @0428733 just as an hypothetical question I was made once, what about killing a guy who is a highly ranked drug dealer, has willingly accepted more than 1000 thousand kills, and even mentioned how he dismembered the bodies and got rid of them, who if not killed will be put in a prison a couple dozens of his subordinates and will be able to continue his extortion, kidnapping and killing (by order) job and government will be spending in his food and health?

  • @MrKaozKaoz We had Pablo Escobar, who was pretty much the guy you described there. he was eventually gunned down in an assault with some special cops (or killed himself, whatever) the point is, I do not get to decide who dies or who lives, neither you do, neither should a government, remember who is the real villain and remember that him too is human, If vengefully killing him would undo all his wrongs...

  • @0428733 I'm taking you speak Spanish but I'll still go with English in any case (I'm from Mexico BTW) and we have this funny guy called "El Pozolero" whom was named that way cause he killed and chopped people (not sure if he actually made Pozole out of them XD) he was arrested and he was LAUGHING when describing how many people he killed and how, I am not pro death penalty, being honest I could care less, but your motivations are moral, I'm not saying you're wrong, but is not objective

  • @MrKaozKaoz yeah, we could be for weeks on this. será en otra ocasión, mi hermano.

  • How can someone say that an eye for an eye is not acceptable when it comes to murder?

  • @MrAngryjeff - An eye for an eye makes the whole world blind.

  • @Critic863 Amen, sister

  • I have no problem with the death penalty, but it is done poorly. It can be enforced unjustly. Death row is wasteful. Execution is painful and hideous. I do not trust the idiots that run the governments and cut me off on the road to enforce it.

If someone killed my relatives, then I would want him/her dead. However, I would want the murder weapon on the persons, video footage, or DNA evidence. I would want him/her to die quietly rather than squirming and screaming like a horror movie victim.

  • i can understand the guys pain about the loss of his child, bearing in mind that i havent got a child and wouldnt know what that type of loss is like, and understand why he would want to see his Daughters killer die, but also that in killing him, you become the very monster you were fighting, and that by showing compassion, you are stronger...

  • That woman from the death museum was pretty ignorant when it comes to executions. I mean, she didn't even mention stoning; the prescribed method of execution in the bible.

  • That guy showed real bottle to tell his story on a show argueing against him

  • I call for the Death Penalty

  • Comment removed

  • if you are against death penalty. i shit in your mouth

  • I sympathise with Mark Class losing his daughter but when you turn a blind eye to the risks involving the penalty then I lose all sympathy for that person. What irks me more is how he bitterly generalises those anti-death penalty has bleeding heart liberals! Better that than someone who is People like him not willing to consider the anti-death penalty arguments which makes them potential murderers of the innocent!

  • @ghostofandy- well said!

  • The death penalty is no more effective than keeping dangerous prisoners locked up for life. Sure in some circumstances it may cost more but we can't put a price on human life no matter how scummy. Plus death penalty pretty much offers an easy way out for the criminals.

  • I believe in the death penalty if there is concrete evidence and at least 3 reliable witnesses to put the person at the place and time of of a massacre of inocent people and was activly involved. If the evidence is not concrete, the 3 witnesses unreliable, OR it is not a crime similar to a massacre then that person goes to prison for the amount of time required.

  • @drnogood59 How do you know the evidence is "concrete" and the witnesses are "reliable"? When people have been executed it was generally believed at the time that these conditions had been met.

  • @mikelheron20 What I mean by concrete is that the evidence points to the person being at the place and time of the crime and taking part in it. What I mean by reliable is that the witnesses have no previous record of lying in a court or being a felon. How do I know? I don't. I'm not a detective and I am not a lawyer. They would know this type of information. I'm just stating that there must be no dought what so ever inorder to give a person the death penalty and the crime must be terrible.

  • The last person that was executed in Australia was Ronald Ryan in 1967. He killed a prison guard in Pentridge Prison Victoria... He was hanged.... We abolished the law shortly after that...

  • Why do we kill people who kill people to show that killing people is wrong?

Lock them up and make them to a futile and senseless activity for the rest of their pathetic lives. Don't give them the easy way out and not have to deal with their consequences in a reality.

  • @CyanideAndLesbians

And you pay the bills of the prison.

  • There is still death by gassing and firing squads during the 20th century in the U.S.? WTF is wrong with you people?!

  • I'm pro death penalty, and pro abortion. whatever thins traffic.

  • @mengle2004 I'm pro nuking america

  • I still disagree.

  • @SarahHeartzUnicorns So you want scum bags who kidnaps and rape little kids to live and enjoy life?

  • @tookoo559 Nope. I wanna kill 'em.

  • The way I see it, some people just don't deserve the right to live. It's that simple. You may not like it, but facts are facts. Some people just don't deserve to live.

  • @ChaosBahamut I am ok with killing people for self defense. and for crimes that severely physically harm or end someone else's life. My problem is in how you apply this in practice. the evidence required to justify the death penalty is almost impossible to reach. I am not against the death penalty as a principle.

  • wait didn't California get rid of the death penalty?

  • what we need to do is get rid of the death penalty and give them life.

  • death to Casey Anthony.....there i said it!!!!

  • 7:17

    That is all.

  • "Is it ever morally right to kill a human being? No? COOL - Go get some icecream!"

    Sweet.

  • "Do you think it's morally wrong to kill someone for any reason? You do? Cool, you can go get some ice cream!"

    Sweet.

  • At 8:33 the professor has a CodePink sticker on the wall. Well, we can tell what side of the political spectrum hes on. Great to see he TOTALLY doesn't have a political agenda.

  • @assassinof1337 Dear Lord, you mean certain opinions might actually overlap? Holy shit, I never would have guessed!

  • Rapists and Murderers....and Bernie Madoff.

  • @papermermaid

    and Penn State coach

  • I Think that there should be Death penalty for A Person who killed more then once, or has outher Crimes, if someone killed some one then never did anything else no death penalty, like the guy Who kidnapped, Raped, and Murderd a Child should be killed.

  • The thing about the death penalty is that it contradicts the point of punishment. The whole point of punishment is to make someone learn their lesson and you can't learn your lesson if you are dead.

  • @wowkittycatclaws While I disagree with the death penalty, the point of punishment in the U.S. Justice System is not to make someone "learn their lesson."

  • Someone once asked me if someone killed my mother wouldn't I want him to die. Well, yes. But, honestly, if someone punched my mother or stole all of my money, I'd probably want them to die then, too. That's why we can't let emotion come into play with punishment.

  • @RocketmanRockyMatrix Well I'm for sentencing people who can't fucking spell to public beatings.

  • @ometta7 I think you should get a beating.

  • @RocketmanRockyMatrix Great comeback, nimrod.

  • @ometta7 hahahhaha, good one

  • Government has no right to take the lives of it's own citizens, don't subject me to that fucking retard Sean Penn though

  • isn't it like 90% of murders dont murder again

  • 2 were killed by firing squad!? Who would choose that option?

  • Since when he a sex related crime worse than just killing somebody?

murder is murder. who cares if the person got off before they did it? that has no meaning at all

  • I'm not okay with killing human beings. However, I'm perfectly fine with killing mindless heartless monsters who kill and rape children.

  • @CanadAssassiN Typical knee-jerk reaction. Rape Is A Special Kind Of Evil, is it? Bullshit.

  • Those for the death sentence - what are your reasons?

It takes up more time and money, they could be wrong, no matter how extremely low the margin of error it still matters. And that eye for an eye nonsense? That merely proves us to be no better than them.

Conclusion: Those for the death penalty - you are powerfully stupid.

  • @Radianceable you're an idiot

  • @tookoo559 Great counter-argument, you should be going on live debates with that knowledge of yours.

  • If you kill someone you should be killed its not wrong at all.

  • Ok, why was that woman touching the shirt with her bare hands? No only did the last wearer of it die in it, his melted face is all over it!

  • All civilized persons recognize that it is immoral, irresponsible and even dangerous to give the STATE the right to execute persons, no matter the cause.

Whether or not capital punishment would make sense in some hypothetical world is immaterial when the proposed executor of said life form would be A GOVERNMENT BY ELITES.

You can't even fucking get to the point of conversation without realizing that THE FEW cannot be given the right to end a person's life! ITS WRONG IN PRINCIPLE, DAMN IT

  • ok penn YES IT IS OK TO KILL A HUMAN BEING

  • Thank God i live in texas Do the crime and you die get it stright.

  • eh? that is sean penn!

  • lol i tought that dude after the intro is sean penn

  • Charles Manson is not a killer.

  • 3:45 " it's not because we're blood thirsty, or because we want to see people die. It's because we want to spare other people from being raped, murdered or harmed"

Isn't that what jails for ? lol

  • @TVScio That person has the opportunity to appeal their sentence, get out on parole, have the sentence reduced for good behavior, or just serve it out normally. Not to mention the fact that prisoners attack each other and corrections employees. The rate of repeat offenses would stagger you. And it costs billions per year to house these people. Society's money spent to take care of those who refuse society's rules.

  • Woah, wait, this crip piece of trash finds it ok to murder 3 people with a shotgun for their money. But, he dosn't find it ok for him to be humanely killed for it? If they find it suitable punishment then they should deal with that choice in the way THEY obviously feel acceptable. "What does this say about us?" It says you don't get away with this shit.

  • Comment removed

  • I'd be alright with the death penalty if there was ABSOLUTELY NO WAY a dangerous, guilty individual could be locked up, monitored or rehabilitated. But in a modern western society, I can't think of an example where that would apply.

  • I think it is sometimes morally right to kill another human being. And if the government won't kill the hypothetical man who murdered my hypothetical family, then I should be able to do it!

  • This is one of those rare instances I disagree with Penn and Teller, but there's one thing I think is really important to point out. They said the Defense Attorney is just supposed to protect your rights, make sure you get a fair trial. However, every defense attorney tries to get his client as reduced a sentence as possible, or get them off.

  • See, that's the problem with these arguments. When people say, 'What if it was a member of YOUR family HUH?', they forget that there's a flip side. What if that same member of your family wasn't the victim, but the murderer? Would you suddenly want that family member dead? Would you make the call yourself and hire the government to be your own personal hit-man for your own flesh and blood? I really doubt it. But that's exactly what you guys are saying.

  • @goph000 I personally would call the authorities. If my own flesh and blood was in that place, I personally wouldn't have any problem with it. Just throwing that out there.

  • No Human should have the right to end someones life unless the person in question wants to die, but even then their life should be ended in the most painless way possible.

  • its fucked up when soemone innocent is killed but thats the problem of the criminal justice system watch that episode too but honestly have your youngest child three way gang raped and shot 50 times in the head then id love to hear what youd have to say about the death pen.

  • @halloweenfan92

That's emotion. Emotion should not be making public policy. Quite the opposite actually, the people who should have the least to do with the process is those most emotionally invested. Correct decisions are seldom made by emotion.

  • @halloweenfan92

Let me flip that coin for you. If your son raped and killed someone, would you want your son dead?

  • "Is it okay to kill a human being?"

I wouldn't consider these people human.

  • depends on the color of the accused lol ;P

  • We don't have death penalty in Finland. Our life sentence is 12 years (and that is not bullshit!). So if you start a killing spree... It don't matter how many you kill... 12 years is the max. To me that is very much more inhumane than death penalty.

One inmate in USA costs 20 000$? Shit. Why the hell do you have that much of pleas if you get sentenced to death? You'd save a lot of money with the "Death Penalty Express Line." I do support and will never stop of supporting. Kill 'em fast/painless

  • I usually agree with what Penn says on his show but NOT this time. Let's leave this whole thing with the Bible aside with the "eye for and eye" BS as Penn says and no I am not a Bible thumper. Either way if some asshole did something so deplorable and evil that 64% of Americans agree he should be dead for it...then he should die. Innocents on Death Row?...Has happened...but is the ratio that high that we need to get rid of it?

  • @SothicLight

The death penalty is like torture - there may be circumstances where it's appropriate/effective; but you start down a very slippery slope when it becomes routine and have fallen off the edge completely when you say it's OK to execute the odd innocent person so we can keep on killing the guilty. If you're OK with the state executing innocent people then what are you not OK with?! You'd rather execute the odd innocent than just not execute anyone? How fucked is that?!

  • @GuerrillaSauce I understand your concern...however I still respectfully disagree. Our justice system must meet high standards for death penalty cases with an strict due process that cuts back on irrevocable mistakes...this is not a backwards country where we still burn our witches, sir. I still don't think innevitable human errors should serve as a grounds for abolishing our death penalty and if so then why not outlaw driving as well? - However we should remain heedful to avoid such errors.

  • @SothicLight So the rest of us 36% should be forced have people killed in our names against our will? Majority of americans want god on our money and in our pledge but that don't make it right either.

  • @Phredrika1 Unfortunately that would be reality for you, in which case I empathise. Naturally, I do not always agree with all laws but it is also the beauty of a democratic gov't...being able to argue our beliefs despite our aversion. I will continue to support the death penalty because in our hubris we could abolish something that would be too difficult to bring back. You'd prbly not have such a thing in our society to begin with anyway & that is fine. We are free to think as we wish. :-)

  • Let's teach people not to kill ... by killing those who do ...

Well I can't see a single flaw in that idea, America! Back to sleep.

  • @MrVinushka

Because america invented the death penalty. Derp.

  • @mynameisameme No, but most of the rest of the civilised world have seen sense. Just America and some fucked up third world dictatorships.

  • @MrVinushka

    Eh, I guess that's a good point.

I still believe child rapists need to be killed.

  • @mynameisameme Why? They're utterly reviled in prison, and will be beaten, raped or possibly even killed by the other inmates. Why put a stop to all that fun with a lethal injection?

  • @MrVinushka

And you won the argument. :O

  • If you have a 64% vote for the death penalty, that's democracy....

If your not being allowed to vote on it, that's tyranny.

  • actually i don't agree with penn and T this time

  • When Mark Class said "When that son of a bitch", I just sensed his pain, man... Despite the topic, that guy has been through hell and back.

  • This is more of an argument for keping a prisoner in jail or killing him. Now first of all If a murderer dies, he deserves it. How can you kill someone and not be killed? Now that's a hypocrite. Now for the innocent. Remember the gun control episode? There are a small percentage of incidental deaths every year. And they were against it. Now there is a smaller percentage of innocent deaths in the Death Penalty, and they are with it? I'll use the same argument they did. Maybe we should ban cars 2?

  • Man I love Bullshit but this is one episode I can't decide on

  • hitler kills 6 million-gets nothing and kills himself

this dildo kills about 20 or so people and gets killed

i do not get it at all

  • @cars812 hitler committed suicide because he knew he was gonna be brought to justice if he had been captured!

  • Got a nice solution - Katana slash to the head.

  • I want that ice cream cone.......

  • I don't trust the governemnt enough not to murder an innocent. Thats why there must be no death penalty.

  • @waylander1978

this is the only reason why I don't like the death penalty.

  • We waste tax money locking up people who smoked a join, and not locking up someone who murdered many people.

  • FUCKING BLEEDING HEART LIBERALS DESTROYING AMERICA AAAAAAAAAAAARGHHHHH

  • I get it but---if some maniac kills my daughter then I have to pay taxes for his three squares for the next 30 years????

  • Death penalty is too soft. Why do you think the fucking psychos blow their heads off after they're done killing half their school?

  • Whoever behaves like an animal, must be treated like an animal. It's that easy. Whoever rapes and kills an innocent child, must suffer as well. All the arguments of people supporting death penalty are indeed bullshit. There's just one argument: revenge. And yes, I want revenge. I want bloody revenge. I want those monsters to be executed as they don't deserve to breath the same air as the children they murdered.
