no , it is mainly done from the 10th fret using a 2 and a half tone bend , release and the rebend to one tone  up using vibrato and only one pick stroke for the whole lick. You tube is so full of wankers who have no idea about the bending involved in this classic solo.

They are like the hybrid between Humbuckers and Single Coils..

P90s are Single coil pickups, but are hotter in tone...

Great, man! What a nice tone your les paul's got. With that nice guitar, I'd have used the neck pickup to get a fatter tone, but it still sounds very nice with the bridge one. I've also recorded this solo a couple of weeks ago, so feel free to go there and give me your feedback if you want... :)
