From Midlands, London and South

Head for Birmingham and then take M6 north. Turn west onto M54 past Telford. Take A5 round Shrewsbury then turn onto A458 through Welshpool. Take A470 north to Dolgellau at Mallwyd roundabout. From Dolgellau head north on A470, taking a right turn for visitor centre after five miles.

For Sat Nav/GPS/Mapping Services use: LL40 2HZ

This one is the MBR Trail the trail is way marked all the way have fun.

All the trails start at the visitor centre all the info you will need is at the centre sat nav post code is LL40 2HZ you can put this post code in goggle earth and it will fly to the visitor centre.

The trails are all free to ride but the car park will cost £3.00 for the day, well worth it.

Great footage...what sort of camera are you using?

Hi I'm using a Canon midi DV camera which I managed to fix to my handlebars using a modified cycle basket holder that I found at a cheep bike shop it works well most of the time but when the ground gets very rough the recording heads jump a bit coursing flickering momentarily I don't have an AV in on my camcorder so I cant use a helmet cam.
