Please clear up something for me. This man Warman, when he wins his HR cases, he is awarded x thousands of dollars in tax free money. Does this money go to the HRC to fund expenses and pay salaries or does that money belong to Warman? Can he take that money and buy a Harley? Gummy Bears? Trip to Disneyland? Thanks
