I can't believe that I actually used this line, 20 years ago in Gillihan's Bar and Grille. There was this 250 pound, fake blonde, alpha female who tried to push her way into my space, not once, not twice, but enough to where I finally had to say, "what part of no don't you understand?" I got slapped on the face, but my space was ultimately protected. I have a new found respect for my female cohorts on earth!

I buy very very few female Country cd's,bought two excellent one's of Lorrie Morgan recently, [and some of Isla Grant]

And she is very good looking,but she didn't need her looks ,like some,to get her to the top,her voice and choice of material,and her self penned song,If You Came Back From Heaven,got her there,that was the first song I heard her sing,then hooked.

was working at a theatre here outside of Boston back in 1997 or so and was lucky enough to spend the day with her and her Mom, she traveled with her back then. Lorrie was of course doing a show at the theatre and I gotta say, she couldn't have been nicer. Both her and her Mom just real sweethearts. Genuinely appreciative of all we did to make her stay comfortable and fun.

my dad passed away in '97 and i remember my mom telling me that one night when she was pregnant with me, my dad had been at the bar and she heard him come home and she came downstaris to my dad and Stomping Tom Connors in the living room  drinking beers and singing. my dad had brought him home with him that night lol i think my mom still has the picture somewhere lol

Thanks you,My dad was a very good song writer and he also wrote Tim Mcgraws-Not a Moment Too Soon. He died back in 2005 of throat cancer and listening to these songs always brings back good memories i had of him.
