Its a dog at the end of the day (not a person). This could have been a HUGE accident for Senna especially as its at the top of a hill, going flatout! It sounds as though most people are blaming Senna?? As if Senna would expect to see a dog of all things on the track!

He had no idea there was a dog on the track before you say that the pit wall probably radioed to tell him. He was also probably changing the braking balance for the hard braking zone at the end of the straight so he would not have been focusing on the track. So don't condemn him

He was a formula one driver during the 1970's who was killed when he hit an idiot track marshall who ran across the track to attend to a crashed car. Both Tom and the track marshall were killed instantly. The fire extinguisher the marshall was carrying decapitated Pryce. The last thing a driver wants to do is hit a stationary body at 250km/h plus. Bruno Senna would have wanted to avoid the dog. HE DIDN'T KNOW IT WAS THERE.

I agree with Wibbahh. If you see how close the driver was, before Senna, to hitting the dog, it only takes a slightly different line to hit it. Plus, being in an F1 car is far different from sitting in a standard car. You are a lot lower down, virtually sitting on the floor and you cant even see your own front wing let alone a dog running along the track. How on earth did it get there in the first place???
