    No, I didnt knead the dough, the recipe specifies not to knead the dough.

  • italian seasoning is the worst, dont add italian seasoning, instead add what goes into italian seasoning seperately, like majoram, oregano, basil, etc....italian seasoning just messes the whole thing up and masks the other flavors....

  • I am trying this recipe but 3/4 cup water was not near enough for me. It wouldnt even form a ball until I added about 1/2 cup more water.

    The amount of liquid can change from day to day because of humidity in the air and also altitude, also the time of year. If you use bread flour as this recipe did it will use more water than all purpose because of being a harder wheat flour. Many variables come into play when making dough of any kind. Also go by the recipe and then add 2 tablespoons additional as needed. Don't give up, once you learn about any kind of dough it is really awesome to make yourself.
