@jimr1000 hi, just read this. if you're asking how i did the jump itself i looked at the top of the leaderboard at the time (a year ago?) i then downloaded that persons replay, i then tried as best i could to imitate them. when you replay anothers play, you can see their button strokes on the bottom right hand of the screen.
now if you're asking how you googled "youtube, trialhd" ... i have no clue. im not looking for views or any nerd-fame. i just posted the vid on youtube and thats was it

look up the current leaderboards. at the top of the leaderboards the top 10 (maybe more now?) jumps have the option where you can view their actual jump.
i think its the Y button on the xbox. once you're in the movie playback mode, pay attention to the lower right part of the screen. it shows what buttons and analog stick were pressed and at exactly the right time it was pressed according to the on-screen action.
i simply tried using the same motions. i succeeded some-what, but as everyone else who plays this game can attest, i got freakin mad at it.
i do have a farther jump that i havent posted. in feet i believe its somewhere around 650 ft. possibly a lil less. tell you what... as soon as i find my camera (the good one, not my cell), i'll capture the vid of that jump and post it. for bik3rinblack i'll re-shoot this video on a higher quality setting and a tri-pod just to make it clearer

@SOPvenez7 ; when you first jump off the bike you must press the left control stick forward and diagnolly up (right and right-up), you actually have great eye-sight as right when im physically above those lights, i must press just forward (right) on the control stick. this increases my descent, but if you notice even more, the hill angles downwards from the light forward. its not a hard science, but basically you are just angling yourself above the hill's hump then trying to parallel the descent

803, the best way to see how to get a gold is do what i did. go to the leaderboards in the ski-jump. look up the highest rated player. highlight their name and press the Y button. it'll show you a replay of their run. keep an eye on the bottom right of the screen. it'll show you the buttons/stick combination they were pressin. i simply tried to copy them.

just to clarify...again. this was quick recording of me doing this jump from when the game came out. its in feet. i like grilled cheese sandwhichs.
at the time i posted it, it was an OK jump. by now? this one jump is prolly ranked about 20k, i have no idea. oh well. i enjoyed its time in the sun.
