@broumirin its because the people in power did not understand what they were doing and did not want to invest in its own people and bulld things up more naturally. What was also not understood was the ethnic's approached business from promoting their own race and culture. Australia should not have let anything foreign own anything here. Growth would have been slower but would have better long term benefits. All white countries are oddly the only ones that are this diverse for some odd reason.

The building shown further down the street on the same side of the road as the Apple Store at 2:56 is going to be a Louis Vuitton Maison Store. One of only a handful of maison stores by LV, it will be one of the largest luxury stores in the world and offer the complete collection of LV products along with (potentially) an art gallery, beauty salons and bar.
