This is absolutely inconsistent. I appreciate the idea, but I think you guys should work on this a little bit...First of all, the boss speaks neither American nor British English. On the other hand, the young boy uses accent that seems American. So if the whole video is supposed to be American, then why the boss says: "cheers" in the end??? This is a pure British saying in this situation...Maybe I didn't get something, this is my first video from podEnglish that I watched. No hard feelings.

If you are doing a Spanish course, Would you chose Mexican, Colombian or Spain's Spanish? It is better learning neutral accent and then start with some regional accent.
