However, your physical activity doesn't burn enough calories to make a difference (see Gary Taubes excellent videos - WHy We Get Fat) -The food choices you make- NOT the caloric load - sugars: starches, fructose, high fructose corn syrup,beer, soda, and high gylcemic foods DO make you fat. Cut out the carbs, keep your carbs under 30 - and EAT HUMAN food: good fats, meats from pastured animals and watch your body fat melt!

What I've found is that if I took everyone's advice, all the workout gurus, and diet mavens, etc., I may as well tie all my limbs to four elephants and yell "MUSH"! Mankind in general has no clue about anything. If I don't eat after six, I lose a pound that day. That works for ME. Engaging in excited histrionics to explain something to me when you have 6% body fat and cut like Bruce Lee doesn't tell me that YOU are normal.

  • Thats so weird im taking this diet and it's a hospital diet they give the patients and it does have apples, whole wheat bead, coffee, and grapefruits in it, and other things too like veggies and stuff. :) it works ppl!!

  • Only thing i saw in this video that would accually work is grape fruit. If you eat/ drink grape fruit/juice the juice will accually help you digest the food, and digesting most of the fat before it gets processed.

  • must be kidding...rice and potatoes wow a dream food,...THEY DO NOT BURN FAT, RATHER THEY ARE FULL OF CARBOHYDRATES, WHICH ACTUALLY MAKES YOU GAIN WEIGHT. ITS NOT JUST THE ""FAT"" WHICH MAKES YOU FAT BUT CARBOHYDRATES ALSO WHICH PLAYS A MAJOR ROLE IN A WEIGHT GAIN. hving them once in a while coz everything in this world has its own benefit but they make u gain weight if eaten regularly.

  • @aalianazak come on, this whole carbs make you fat thing doesn't make sense, a high carb diet from whole foods is eaten by many healthy populations around the world. Kenyans are known for being stick thin and they eat around 80% of their calories from carbs, mainly rice, potatoes and corn. The Japanese live on mainly rice, I guess that would explain their high rates of obesity and short life span....wait a minute!

  • Carbs store water weight and your body burns just the energy from the carbs, you have to have a low carb diet so your body can burn fat instead of just energy. Half of the stuff mentioned is ridiculous.

  • Oh God no!! this is that lose 10 lb. in 2 week diet! yes it looks fattening. But this is all you eat for 2 weeks. 2 WEEKS! its horrible!! by the 4th day I had lost 3 lb.! but guess what? that 4th night I wanted to eat the universe! so I ate like a voracious beast! and gained like 5 lb. when I was done eating. (like two weeks of eating every sweets and chips out there)

  • @MissPrincess249, although I agree with you about the rice and potatoes, coffee is actually shown to heighten your metabolism, whether someone agrees with it or not, is up for debate. Whole grain bread is just a good alternative to regular white bread, etc.
