Only thing i saw in this video that would accually work is grape fruit. If you eat/ drink grape fruit/juice the juice will accually help you digest the food, and digesting most of the fat before it gets processed.

Oh God no!! this is that lose 10 lb. in 2 week diet! yes it looks fattening. But this is all you eat for 2 weeks. 2 WEEKS! its horrible!! by the 4th day I had lost 3 lb.! but guess what? that 4th night I wanted to eat the universe! so I ate like a voracious beast! and gained like 5 lb. when I was done eating. (like two weeks of eating every sweets and chips out there)
