PS does anyone have any idea what kind of Ride cymbal he was using at this time? I know the line is known popularly as 'EAK' Zildjian, but I can't make out the model.. such a beautiful sound, mostly down of course to Tony's playing style, but still! thanks

I talked to Frank at Zildjian in Longwater for over an hour once, and he said that Tony got the best cymbals in the vault, hands down. More than any other artist, Tony's cymbals were the creme de la creme.... This is a late 80's K he's using here. Any carefully chosen model from the Constantinople line would probably get as close as we mere mortals can get!
