if you key activate the pull shouldnt u be able to just reset the panel and not silence it?

you can do that no matter how the alarm is activated, so long as whatever activated is normal (i.e. the smoke cleared from a detector or a pull reset). it doesnt matter when or even if you silence the alarm

It looks like your strobe is on a coded NAC- bad.
The strobe is in smartsync mode most of those supposed to do that.
Oh. I didnt hear that.
