  • 1.7 million bricks an hour. Oh the price is high to pay the factory worker.

    You mean workerS right?

No I mean worker. That one guy who sits in the chair and watches all the automation process gets at least 500$ an hour.

  • Umm...Somebody said legos??..Umm..IM COMING!!!

  • @wdmnetwork. I know that, but even though the price of ABS plastic is so big, I was referring how much each brick is

  • so its kinda like rainbow factory backwards

  • Look at how machines do all the work... were dommed

  • thumbs up if you think working as a desighneing of new sets there is a dream job(my dream desighn is to build the actual twin tower with all the levels)

  • Nou I want to get more LEGo :/

  • Dang it now I want to play with some legos :/

  • I would love to live their

  • thumbs up if you could live there

  • me 22222 is awesome rafael garibay on fb

  • Denmark Is SOooooooo Civilized because of their robotic arms, machines and even mini Cars?

  • Wow, Lego making Lego

  • "What happened with Legos, they used to be simple."

  • IF they make 15 billion legos every hour...

THEN WHY IS THE PRICE SO HIGH?

  • @Leetpwnedsrs you sir have a good brain!

  • @Leetpwnedsrs

ABS plastic is not cheap......and they have to get rid of rejects all the time. Printing is not cheap either, and as time has proven, Lego has a long lifespan......

  • @Leetpwnedsrs How else do you think they fund the costs of running a completely robotic complex factory like that? Those machines probably cost millions and millions in electricity and maintenance.

  • @Leetpwnedsrs 15 billion ever year **

  • When i was in elementary, there was an urban legend that the lego factory was built out of legos

    Ahhh nostalgia

  • I need a lego factory!!!!! :D

  • so thats why my lego mini figs sometimes come prebuilt...

  • you can tell the minifig head is harry potter

  • WOW!! I am amased!!!!

  • that is so awesome !!!!!

  • 2:53 Thats Voldemort!

  • omg! anybody notice how expensive its gotten

  • Comment removed

  • 15,000 heads an hour? That's a lot of head!

  • @CassiveBrewster lol Do you mean head or heads

  • so is this the the same process for the lego motors

  • id like to own a company where i could set up some machines, sit back, and let the money roll in by the billions...

  • The lego heads look like popcorn :D

  • did anyone notice that at 2:42 the heads were the ones of the rare and old professor quirrel?

  • about how much money could the lego company have??? curious

  • for second, i thought the robots were made out of legos lol.

  • If you divide 15 billion by 365, you would get 41,095,890 bricks . Divide it by 24 and you'll get 1,712,328 bricks. Divide that by 60 and you'll get 28,538 bricks and divide it again by 60 and you'll get 475 that's a TON of bricks

  • Very cool factory. I have a request! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make straight track available in BULK. Curve track also but more straight than curve. Please sell them through the LEGO STORE. People on Amazon, eBay , etc gobble items up and double, triple, and even quadruple prices. Thank you,

  • Why Harry potter?

  • lol the heads looks like mac n cheese!

  • imagine if the world ran out of legos..... O_o APOCALYPSE!!!!!!!

  • @prodogizombie The world might as well end!

  • Minecraft is cheaper and better!

  • @DemonDevourer This statement is invalid... Try again.

  • @DemonDevourer Shut up.

  • and thats how you pay goddamn 20$ for lego star wars :/ (i mean if you are nerd)

  • lol

  • Awww man...i was expecting Darth Vader

  • thx people

  • "it spits out over 50,000 heads an hour" lolz thats what she does :3...god im stupid -.- lol

  • @BESTLEGO56 they sell their bricks for a costly price becoz they have to pay for their workers(humans of course)and buy batteries for their robots pay for electricity bills and rawmaterials and paint to keep their buisness sucessful and workers working.

  • Can you please tell me what show this is from?

  • @MyFlyingchicken i think its from the show 'how it's made'.

  • @Wingblade900 discovery channel

  • the world will soon run out of plastic :\

  • wow, their factory really make me respect, almost automatic and their injection mold must be the best quality and accuracy to work alone like that, doesn't need too much worker to watch and keep it's clean...

  • Wow

  • so.... those clones at star wars was really clone?!?!?!

  • Thx

  • omg i want them lego heads!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Awesome! I need to go to the LEGO factory....

  • the creator is REALLY creative i have to say

  • Ooh my good.. I wanna have a job at that factory!!

  • @Mindblazter80 then you need to move to Denmark :)

  • @Mindblazter80 I'm danish :D

  • @Mindblazter80 me to

  • Thumbs up at 2:44 if you remember where those heads came from. People who were born in the 90's, do you remember when Legos still had some quality to it? Those heads were of Professor Quirrell, from the 1st Harry Potter movie. No offense, but the new Lego sets suck.

  • Me two

  • i wish i lived there

  • 2;16 a person ? or robot?

  • what if i burns down lol

  • some lego's are special edition or advent calender.

  • I knew it was potter from the start, ik my fuckin lego.

  • I have never ONCE had a one single piece of lego that didn't fit perfectly, I have never seen one defect. I have bought many many lego kits over the years.

I have had a handful of "megablocks" and almost every one had problems.

  • I'd be more impressed if the lego factory was made of legos.

  • I can see why it costs alot well over in aus it dose

  • That sounds odd, "This machine spits out 15,000 heads an hour!" :) Thanx!

  • I was watching Oblivion failures... HOW DID I END UP HERE?!

  • GREAT to now: )

  • 3:58 That must be the greatest job in the history of jobs.

  • Lego is like computer... It will help you to improve:

In architecture, engineering, sculpture, robotic world, and most of all your mind.

Being creative. Especially to those people who are young... at heart :))

  • 4:15 lego porn!

  • i wish lego company made stuff cheaper. its now 20 bucks for 400 pieces or sometimes less.. wtf lego company

  • This... This is where I would go during a zombie apocalypse.

  • so many lego heads!!!!

i WANT THOSE DUDES JOB.. GETTING PAID TO PLAY LIKE A 8 YEAR OLD AND THINK OF COOL LEGO SCULPTURES.....FREAKIN AWESOME

  • OMFG, they already built robots!

  • dang! engineers and arcitechs shoud start using legos to design stuff!

  • if they make it so fast why does it cost so much?

  • @BESTLEGO56 because of the cost of the machines and maintenance

  • @BESTLEGO56

Its expensive to make it happen so fast, with all the machinery it would cost less to do it slowly - but they want to make it fast so we can get our lego in a reasonable time.

  • @BESTLEGO56 maybe cost of materials and electricity that it takes to power those machines o_O

  • they charge per little brick ... and the rest of the money is put towards the factory for electricity and stuff

  • @BESTLEGO56 true but do you know how to make lego??

  • @BESTLEGO56 you need there type of plastic, promed robots to make enoough for a bussiness, a 3d printer , tubes to carry all the legos

  • @BESTLEGO56 cuz your paying for the name lol

  • @BESTLEGO56 Can't be because of salaries...

  • @BESTLEGO56

What cost a factory to make this things?

  • @GFOgravedigger It's been in production over 50 years. The costs are minimal.

  • @BESTLEGO56 because they run eletricty, plastic, other things thats why

  • @BESTLEGO56

it costs so much due to to the special plastic compound that its made from

  • @BESTLEGO56 of course, every lego set contains lego blocks, every single piece or block has to cost something, or the value of the set, they make it cost so much to keep thier business up and running.

  • @BESTLEGO56 It's an import.

  • @BESTLEGO56 the wasteful bastard at 2:10 dropping heads all over the ground could be a reason

  • @BESTLEGO56 Because the machines that make it possible to be made that fast are extremely prriey im guessing.

  • @BESTLEGO56 Well, the designers have to get paid, you also have to pay for the plastic, and it is toy of the century, factory fee, and loads more.

  • @BESTLEGO56 because they need more money to run the machines and buy the things

  • I love legos since i was young

  • ive played with lego my entire life.. its been a good 14 years :3

  • 1.7 million Plastic Bricks an hour!! OMLORD!

  • 4:23 My dream lego workshop! ;)

  • wow i would love to have a room with bins of bricks and have every one they make or have made, and if it has not been made get one made. what would halo lego look like?

  • I <3 legos!!!

thumbs up if you agree! :D

  • legos is the reason why we dont have jobs!!

  • robots are making our lego? ITS A TRAP!!!!!!!!!

  • The manager's son should be lucky!

  • is the character harry potter?

  • Never had these as a kid...or an adult for matter.

  • Denmark FTW :D

    im from Denmark :)

  • LEGO Leopard <3

  • @returnofthejedi1000 are you insulting Lego becouse a century. Is 100 thousand years

  • @ryanrockz2010 A century is 100 years.

  • Lego styre

  • If they can make that many.....why are they so damn expensive?.....I mean ill still buy them...for my kid of course......

  • @airraverstaz it's a high quality product. A lot of work is needed for each part because the specifications for each piece need to be extremely accurate. They can't be too tight or too loose. Lego is definitely focuses on quality which is something a lot of other companies are overlooking. Aside from that, the molds, machines and having the factory automated is expensive. Sure Lego is expensive, but its one of those few things where you typically get your monies worth.

  • @GunzTheDuel I see your point. I remember quite a few years ago when my mom bought me Megablocks or something thinking that it was legos. The quality of the 2 is really no comparison.

  • It wasnt invented over 50 years ago. The actual idea is older the the lego itself.

  • 5:20 The guy at the end is hitting a bong!

  • amazing

  • its obviously harry potter when the bloke says you may not recognise this character lol

  • Yes I did know that LEGO meant play well :)

  • That gotta' be the only thing us danish people are known for! ='D

  • i wanna play with lego bricks out the shop :)

  • why are legos so expensive. for just one small harry potter building its 20 bucks right there. what the heck

  • Lots of oil in plastic so those silos will come in handy one day

  • I know this third comment but he said boffin! lol

  • Whta got me good was 'This machine spits out 15 thousand heads an hour!'

  • Ahh I like lego :)

'Lego beggins it's life-' Say what? It's ... alive :o

  • Did you know? The world "Lego" comes from Linnegarian "Leh goos" and means "Eat it and you'll shit bricks."

  • 3:15 I KNEW it was Harry Potter when he said that...lol!

  • i wish my dad owned the company lol

  • this makes me wanna build a load of lego :D :D :D :D

  • harry!

  • i want the head at 2:50 so bad

  • "robbery list;destination one:this place

  • 50 years ago changes to 50 million years ago

  • @210482fmj You can F@)# OFF MATE!

  • @cyblox07 no you can

  • @210482fmj ok iam sorry sometimes I get worked up are we ok?

  • @210482fmj Actually, "wasting" plastic to create creative games is one of the best wastes I've ever seen. Sure you're right, we could just ignore these futile things and do better things, but think about the oil used to running cars: it's not fun, it's much more polluting AND you can't it back. There are many different ways to waste resource on stupid scale, and I don't think that this is one of the worse.

  • @akithered youre a fool. if you had any decency in you, you would realize the amount of sea creatures that suffer because of uncaring people. this ain't no fucking joke. these lifeforms have exactly the same feelings as you and me.

  • @210482fmj ...said the man who uses hundreds of Joules every seconds to comment with a computer on youtube. You're easily judging someone you don't even know. The best thing I can reply is "please, shut up".

  • WICKED!!
