Actor William Murray - star of police drama The Bill - has been cleared of attacking two heroin addicts he believed were supplying drugs to his 14-year-old daughter.

The charge won't stick. It's a brokock air pistol - that, in short, is a pellet gun which is pretty much harmless. Yeah, you might be able to kill someone with it but you would have to shoot them in the temple or eye. It was prohiited cos the pigs were concerned it could be made to fire live rounds.
