on the old photoshop, the images were not anti-aliased immediately. therfore, they needed to make it anti-alias via a simple click on the menu. on macs, however, this was never necessary since the mac anti aliased everything on the spot like with the "zoom" feature, you may switch between non-anti-aliased and anti-aliased. this way, people who have problems seeing, can access their computer without having to wear glasses and strain there necks.

on a pc, however, this WAS a necessary step.

he doesn't talk fast, he talks perfectly. just stop trying to follow what he's going action for action.

Watch it through first, get an understanding of not just wyhat he's doing but WHY he's going these things and how it can be usefull. When it's finished you should be able to play around with your new abilities by yourself :)

Have you considered a little less caffein or RedBull before you begin? You do an excellent job, and you are obviously an expert on the applications that you love, but you speak at a rate so fast that it is almost a humm. My ears are almost humming like when someone blasts an airhorn near your head. I don't mean to offend, but the delivery makes it just a bit difficult to remember. Mellow out just a bit! Don't stop doing the tuts, just keep in mind how many beginners there are out here.

i did a smart object, how can i save it??

i save but after i place in a new project i use the tool Lasso tool to select a part do delect and i click delete and says always :

Could not complete your request because the smart object is not directly editable"

I think that what you need is more RAM. If you have more, you'll have more space for the computer to work in. It also depends on what model your computer is and the type of processor you have. However, most likely is that you don't have enough RAM....

What photshop are you using? When I right click on tthe layer it only gives me these options :

delete layer
