...that's funny...I have the ps2 version of RE4 and the chainsaw death scenes aren't censored. The head actually comes off. That's why RE5 chainsaw death scene was a such a disappointment because not only did the head not come flying off but they blocked the scene from neck up.

Nah, I got the PS2 version after seeing X-Play give it a 5 star (this was before I knew not to trust xplay). It couldn't have been before 2006. It had no "Greatest Hits" on the box. I lent that disc to a friend and he busted the shit out of it. I bought another copy (this time with "Greatest Hits") so I guess that explains why I've yet to see it. Thanks for triggering my memory - I'd forgotten about losing the first disc =]

no, it's like a drawn out death scene (i.e. garrador charging leon, impaling him through the head, lifting him in the air, and stabbing him through the stomach). Leon tries to grab the saw blade with his hands, and succeeds in stopping it for a few seconds - only to have Dr Salvador push harder, sawing through his hands and slowly through his neck. It's a lot gorier and slower. There are pics of leon with the saw blade in his hands on the internet.

to get chaingun you have to full upgrade the first machine gun, to get the longbow you have to fully upgrade the first sniper, and to get the awesome magnum(similar to handcannon) you have to upgrapethe first magum fully....Enjoy!

i got the minigun on my second playthrough :) so far i got it, the hydra (triple barrelled shotgun) and the handcannon :) i played through the first game with the trusty sig p226 and the shotgun :)

no problem :) you just gottaq fully upgrade the first shotgun you get in the game. i forget its name... but after its fully upgraded you can buy it for a pretty steep price of 50 grand. the best way, is to go through the uroboros research facility level, you get about 50,000 each playthrough!
