  • Why would any American want to hide the mystery of Amelia Earhart?

  • @HyperGolem She was an outspoken WOMAN in the 30's

they wanted to Silence her !!

  • 5:14 guy- i think they want us to strip. guy- oh yeah

  • Comment removed

  • 7:23 "he was only allowed to dig for 12 hours"

I imagine how well the conversation between the Japanese government and the creators of this show went.

"Hey Japan, we think that you killed one of our pilots declared missing for a long period of time, Amelia Earhart. Can we search for the body, and if we do happen to find it, blame the entire country for it?"

No wonder they only had 12 hours. It was probably a death ultimatum.

  • By the way, Saipan is part of the Commonwealth of the Northern Marianas Islands, which is a US Territory. The people here mostly speak English, we live under the US flag and we are US citizens. Lots of people are not aware of that.

  • The Japanese jail there in Garapan is a truly spooky place too I might add. Next time I do some work out at the air port (I do environmental remediation on Saipan) and we do some digging, I will keep my eyes open for her bones.

  • As Lito Airfield is the current Saipan International Airport. The ruins of the Japanese jail in Garapan is supposedly where she was held. I have heard some talk around here about her. My favorite story is the one about one of the local pilots for the local Saipan-Tinian run. There was an 80 something year-old pilot with the nickname "Scary Mary" who flew single engined piper cherokees between Saipan and Tinian, who looks a little like Amelia.

  • WTF is that one dude talking about? Raising the plane? The military guy saw the plane, verified the number and then saw the plane burned. There is nothing to raise! It was a coverup!

  • Wow! Amelia Earhart was awesome! I think that Fred Newman had brought alcohol along and led Amelia Earhart off course killing them both! I also think that Amelia Earhart could be alive! The government could have changed her name and identity and stuff and she is now like 100years old! Seriously! She could live to be 100+!

  • Amelia Earhart was an icon! She was amazing! I do believe the witness well sort of. It could have been that the compass and stuff actually did lead her and Fred Newman off coarse about 35 miles or so! I could have also been the strong drafts of wind. When the wind blows directly at a plane, it slows it down ever so slightly but it is still at full speed which means that the engine is burning more fuel then regular which could have been how she died! She simply ran out of aviation fuel. Mystery!

  • That murder theory was BS. That chink witness was pulling that story out of her bootyhole mm hmm! That's what I think.

  • I believe that woman is telling the truth

  • I think she was Murdered. PERIOD!

  • it cracks me up how they can't just translate that woman's comments in plain english, they have to add an accent as if it was really her saying it...lol

  • I never heard about this eyewitness account until now.

  • @kamdan2011 me too. im surprised to see this and learn this.

  • I wouldn't be one darn bit surprised if the military had something to do with killing her or doing something to her and then lying about the whole thing!

  • 3:52 "......turned the briefcase over to a superior officer. He never seen it again".....DUH! SORRY, BUT HOW &@#$% STUPID CAN YOU BE?! (Well, with the way those guys are brainwashed and ordered around like robots, what do you expect? ....Sad.)

  • She problably crashed on the island of LOST.

  • maybe she found a portal to the future.

  • @SkruffyPretzals Well that's the theory from the writers from Star Trek: Voyager. :)

  • 4:02 That is the longest double chin I think I've ever seen.

  • thanks alot robert stack for adding to the idiotic delusion that amelia earhart somehow survived. she crashed. shes dead.

How many bitches do you know that grab their makeup before they bail out of a plane thats losing altitude and about to smash into the pacific? All of these stories are just that, stories.

  • @carlalovesleon apparently you dont.

  • @carlalovesleon wow you are stupid

  • @carlalovesleon If she was a closeted lesbian she would not want a sex-change, lesbians do not want to become men. That would be trans-gendering...a different thing entirely. Also there were a considerable amount of out and proud lesbians in this era..check them out on the internet...lesbian artists, writers, actresses, photographers.

  • how come my teachers never told me about the plane bieng on fire

  • wow that sucks...all goverments suck .American and jap alike

  • well i beleive that amelia was killed by japenese for the simple fact that she wasnt good at operating a radio she could have flown off course and got captured , and there just trying to cover it up like the briefcase that was found and never seen again

  • Why were these people trying to cover it up in the first place, were they trying to stop her from proving women could do anything just as good as men. sad.

  • i wounder if the officer he gave tho must haved a bad mind (like he forget stuff he places)

  • amelia reminds me of a lesbian, even though she was straight.

  • this film is too fictional i don't think it's real. more closely the plane is out of gas, it ditch straight into the water, the water got in from the cockpit first and it's filled up fast before they have a chance to get out. then they sink along with the plane.

  • THE CAST USED FOR THIS SHOW AS MARINES LOOK LIKE GEEKS

  • THIS IS A FUCKED-UP STRANGE AND WEIRD TYPE OF INCIDENT AND

TO HAVE THIS HAPPEN TO THIS WOMAN? IT'S JUST UNBELIEVABLE.

I RECKON SHE WAS USED BY SOME HIGH RANKING UNANIMOUS

GOVERNMENT OFFICIAL TO BE TRADED TO SOME SMALL-DICKED

HIGH RANKING JAP MILITARY OFFICIAL WHO WAS INFATUATED WITH

HER BY HER WORLDWIDE FAME FOR SOME STUFF VERY HIGHLY

CONFIDENTIAL AT THAT TIME CRUCIAL TO WINNING THE FUCKING WAR

  • SILENCED BECAUSE SHE IS A WORLDWIDE PUBLICIZED PERSON

THAT IF SHE WAS BROUGHT BACK TO CIVILIZATION SHE WOULD

HAVE BEEN QUESTIONED FOR HER ROLE IN THIS CRAP THE

MILITARY WERE DOING IN THAT PART OF THE WORLD, BY THE MEDIA

AND SHE WOULD HAVE TOLD. SO THEY HAD TO GET RID OF HER.

  • NO TRACE, OF ANY DEBRIS FROM THE WRECKAGE

NOT EVEN ONE STUFF FROM WHAT SHE TOOK ON BOARD

FLOATED OUT AND ENDED UP ON ANY INHABITED ISLANDS

OR PERHAPS THAT MAY HAVE FLOATED OUT TO NZ OR NEW

GUINEA. MEANING SHE WAS INDEED AS THEY THESE MEN

RECOUNTED THAT HER PLANE WAS HELD AND HER AND HER

NAVIGATOR PROBABLY WERE KILLED FOR TO BE SILENCED

FOR WHATEVER PURPOSE THESE FUCKERS INVOLVED IN HER

    DISAPPEARANCE WERE UP TO.

  • If they were stranded or became a castaway then, they her and her navigator

would be doing it on beach all night long hahahaha

  • if there are no traces of their loss. Then there are conspiracies involved. If This

"classified project"? as was said in this show? then she was part of a counter-

intelligence operation. She was probably retrieved where ever she landed

secretly by american agents and brought back to america. But then again there

are no traces of her and her navigator so she must've been killed.

  • everyone seems to have stories what had happen to her and her navigator.

If? IF? she was captured? by fucking japs?. i'd hate to say this, but obviously

she would have been subjected to tortured including sexual abuse, probably

brought to japan and served as a sex slave. If she was used as part of a

counter-intelligence op? and wasn't captured? and her plane was actually

hidden? She would have been transported by agents back to america.

  • Amelia oopss sorry i made a mistake on the first letter of her name

  • that army guy should have kept that paperwork of Emelia he supposedly saw

    to himself....

  • we can only contrive a story of what happen to Emelia from the recorded trace of her journey.

  • unless they find the remains of the plane and bodies of Emelia and her co-pilot?,

i'm gonna assume suspiciously that what the "divine and the lieutenant saw and heard what they heard in that point in the past. This unsolved event is much like

all these assassinations or unsolved murders that is clouded with conspiracy.

Because of this sort of nature it will never be known exactly why this happened.

  • "I want you to sit down and shut up...." How rude!

  • gotta love the over-the-top asian accent...come on!

  • @Methrt3 I know, right? She's like "Dis woo-man was brought on shoor by da Japaneeeeez." LOL

  • @cwood4ever DON'T post smutty comments like that on my videos.

  • @Mileyangel321 why?

  • @cwood4ever They're inappropriate and completely irrelevant to this story.

  • the higher ups in the military were told to cover up get rid of it all the plane and stuff cause certain people didnt liek a woman hero and covered it up once they found all her stuff who knows what happned to tom her co pilot he was probably shot by japs and buried somwhere else

  • its very simple they ended up way off course managed to land on th eisland of saipan the japanese were there and took and tom prisoners thought they were spies, the woman there on the island who saw this was one of many who were farmers there allowed to walk around she had no reason to lie about what she saw, she a man and a woman the woman wearing mens trousers shorter hair and then she saw her get executed later on the the americans that were there later on know what they saw and heard cont...

  • my theory: she went off course and was captured by the Japanese. they suspected them of being spies so they executed them.

  • UPDATE: On Dec 17,2010 investigators found three bone fragments on a South pacific island, And they found some old makeup, glass bottles, and shells that had been cut open. But in 1940 a British overseer found a human skeleton, a women shoe ,and a sextant box. They believe that the sextant box was fred noonan's, they also found an aluminum panel from the electra , and another women shoe. TRY TO SEE YAHOO NEWS FOR MORE UPDATES JUST TYPE IN AMELIA EARHART.

  • atleast amelia died doing what she loved and that inspired many women of her time to reach out and take one step foward and to feel as equal just as any other person

  • @wildlife011803 NO matter how she died she will be remembered as a great woman. I agree with you, she made and still makes a dif. in lives today.

  • Some of the Chamorros were forced to work in the prisons and the schools!

  • I live on Saipan :)

  • Woman pilots ROFL.....

The most dangerous thing is a woman with a mind and an ability to speak. Woman need to not fly but cook, clean and make babies that's all.

  • @utubedudeduh ..o yea?

  • At least with the Titanic they had an idea but in this case - like they said, she could of flew of course and now who knows where that plane is. Whats crazy if you think about it is that that plane is sitting in the dephs of the ocean with fish swimming around it right now as you read this quietly waiting to be discovered. It should remain down there regardless as a gravesite.

  • How does that woman know so much?

I mean, I can understand if she witnessed when the Japanese officials forced Amelia and Fred to publicly strip, or if she happened to be in the fields when Amelia was executed - but she also said that Amelia was put in jail, had her jewelry removed, and was fed rice.

How could this civilian woman manage to sneak in to a prison like that and observe all these things (which must've taken a long period of time) without getting caught?

  • @JoeNYCBoi Lol i kno...I was thinking the same thing...

  • @JoeNYCBoi shes looking for attention and is a liar

  • @cwood4ever you bitch!

  • @RabbitNeptune being a troll takes talents something you need to learn.

  • But the women said she witnessed seeing amelia earhart's death!

  • @Jskills4ever And when i was very little i witnessed the easter bunny.

  • @Jskills4ever That's my mom's friend's grandmother! i actually live on Saipan. The translator is also fucked up! We don't sound like Japs when we speak english. We kinda sound like Hawaiians.

  • No bones, no evidences and no prove of Amelia Earhart got killed by the Japs.

  • Add another one to the list of atrocities the Japanese got away with scot-free.

  • @deepskyblues Almost as bad as the Americans.

  • @deepskyblues yeah i can add another?, the torture rape of Amelia

    Erhart hahahhaha

  • @Filomenon73 i mean both of them had to strip...in front of a bunch of guys who

had not had sex for a long time because of their service to the army and of course

their small dicks would get wood.

  • Why would she refuse to learn how to operate the radio properly when it is an important part of flying? Especially if she knew she was flying around the world was planning on landing on small islands. But still... I wonder what happened to her.

  • unsolved mysteries is better when it sticks to reality

  • I never knew there were conspiracies about her dissapearance.

  • Amelia Earhart is an legend but we need to know the truth,

  • i never knew about the plane being set on fire. It's really sad that Amelia didn't learn how to operate the radio properly.

  • @paularichards05 If the people interviewed here saying they actually say the plane

and paperwork?. then she must've been part of a counter-intelligence op.

And i think she was captured by japs
