President Obiang is a dictator and every election is rigged. He is a crook, liar, murdered his own uncle to assume power and is filthy rich beyond Bill Gates while he plunders his country to ruin. He (govt) collects obscene amounts of taxes from oil revenues and taxes his own people into permanent generational poverty. A few roads, living quarters, small apartments etc are being built but it's still sickening that this small progress has only started since international attention started.

In most of African countries you have different local languajes. it would be simply imposible to develop as a nation when you cannot talk or understand your own compatriots. Guinea since 2008...and actually "Teodoro" is not making a bad politic..He is actually building a new airport, a university, houses for almost everyone in the country...he could do what other african presidents are doing in other countries...keeping all the money for himself and not developing the country...but he is doing a lot for the population....this is what I think....

¿Historia? Deberías estudiar un poco más en el área de la política. Aunque el español y el francés sean los idiomas oficiales del país, hay mucha gente que habla portugués.
