  • a american with a brittish vacuum its a miracle.

  • Fantastic little vacuums, I still love mine 21 years later, and it works just as well as it did in 1990 lol.

  • one thing if you want to push a henry at his hose it is not good for it

  • Hi Jeff. This vac is one of the most popular vacs in the UK. Its probably the only vac made in the UK now. Not even Dyson are made here anymore. I have the Henry Hound which is green colour with a 18 volt turbo head. I also got a rare cream and brown one and also a George which is a 3 in 1 and shampoos carpets also made by numatic international.

  • hello is the airo brush good with pet fur?

  • @roloboy97 That's what it is designed for.

  • hello is it good with dog hair

  • Cool stuff, where do you get that cool gauge from?

  • @David5495 friend who runs a vac shop

  • Hey Jeff!

Fantastic- They are amazing machines( and still UK assembled) :).

The 1st digit of the serial # is the year of his birth so to speak.

The reason yours has a 2 pin plug on is it was made for export to Europe where they have that type- ours come with a standard UK version.

Shoot me your address and I will get some bags in the post ;)

    Seamus

  • @mussdover Thanks Seamus!

  • tell me if you see this.......nothing is telling me it went through.

  • why doesnt it have a british plug?

  • @stupidsheep883 It has a 2-pin plug, I don't think British cleaners come with plugs anyway..

  • @hoover1060 yes the do.

  • i like the guardsmans in the background i'd like a video of those!

  • Cool video!

I'm in the UK and thinking of getting one of these or the one with the electric powerhead which is called the Henry Turbo HVR200T-2 . However this is the first time I have seen a Henry Xtra in blue. In the UK the Henry Xtra is always red in colour as only the standard Henry models are available in blue.

Do you think it is a good cleaner and will the turbobrush still work well as the bag fills or on thicker carpet?

  • @1jes I think its in blue because that isn't its original tub.

  • They are very popular in the UK. I have one and wouldn't consider anything else.
