Hi, what style do you teach/practice? I'd like to know what you call this exercise also, looks like there's a little bit of siete colores in it?

@gollyful this particular style is called Visayan Corto Kadena. The late Maestro Sonny Umpad has blended and integrate various forms of the Filipino Arts and we are it's fruit
