  • Great video, but question I had my son 3 years ago and I still have a pooch. I never work out so when you said do this daily does that mean for beginners do 3 or 4 sets daily who is starting at day 1 or no? Do I need to wait a few days in between for now. My stomach is a little sore but I feel like I want do it daily but not if its going to make me pull a muscle or something, my only exercise will be this and yoga because I am just trying to work on my stomach not so much anything else Thanks!

  • its been 2 years since my 2nd. and i'm at my biggest. im actually the weight at the end of my pregnancy- while being pregnant. i have a puffy neck. and it seems like my stomach keeps hanging down. =/ i at the point to thinking maybe i should gain more weight to fill it up and make it solid. i'm so self-conscious especially cuz the coworkers i see on a daily basis are so much younger and sooo skinny. and my boss calls me fat all the time.

  • i have two children a 2 year old and and 5 month year old. i have just started doing two of thess workouts and i already feel pain in my lower stomach, which could mean that this works.

    also these workouts are the easiest i have ever tried so i am planning to be consistent with these. thank u for sharing with us.

  • Hey Ive Never Had A Baby As Im Only 12 Yet Im Pretty Over Weight. I Really Want To Do Something About It But Whenever I Try This Exercise My Shoulders ALWAYS Come Off The Floor On The 3rd Workout. And Im Confused As To What This Will Do To My Body. Will It Help Me Lose Weight As In Pounds And Stone?

  • i have the sciatica pain and its so hard to do some exercise... i got it when i was preganat and till now i have it, even if my baby is 6 months old

  • I'm a super beginner at this, I tried this work out and it was so hard!! I've never had a baby but I'm a little bit (okay... a lot) over weight and this was hard, during the plank, my arms started shaking and then i couldn't balance on my tailbone properly for the second one and then my legs don't go straight up in the air because of my stomach....what I'm wondering is if this happened at the beginning for most people? or even for the first few times?

  • @stephieru it's ok that you can't perform the moves perfectly. just start wherever you are and you'll improve over time. the point is to get moving and work up a sweat, not to look like a professional when you're working out. you should have seen me in my first yoga classes ;)

  • @KenyasKarma it's hard, I try really hard to get it but I'm still in the same spot i was when I made my initial comment, but I feel it working in my abs so i guess that's a good thing right. It may hurt like hell but I'm praying on the fact that one day (hopefully soon) it will get easier.

  • after having kids ur body never ever goes back to normal!! I have lost alot of weight after kids but after a while nothing u do will work! I have 5 kids and 7 preg's under my bealt. and 3 sergery on abdomnial area. So u have tip for that cause i have ask alot of people and there all say the same.

    Thx for the video.

    I was in the best shape of my life before I had my son 7 mths ago and now I'm finding it hard to tighten the lower abdominals again. I workout 3 times a week (at least) but I'm only seeing progress everywhere else. I dont eat junk food either.

    Any ideas?

  • @sw33tchilli3 It's not junk food, it's ALL processed foods... breads, pastas, pasteurized dairy and fruit juices. I eat a high raw whole foods organic diet with very little animal protein.
