What i dont like about these games: Torchlight, Titan Quest and others, is that hey are all ripoffs from Diablo... even the Interface looks exactly like in D2 the graphics are just a bit brighter and less dark - creepy. I play Torchlight and Titan Quest and looked into other games like them, but the real deal was always Diablo. I just got the best feeling playing it, you really felt the dark presence everywhere, the athmosphere was just amazing! thats why Diablo is my Fav. Cant wait for D3 =)

Yes, all enemies in this game exhibit ragdoll physics. In fact, if you go back to a low level area when you're a very high level, you can even send enemies flying hundreds of feet with the killing blow.

Hello. This video is very old, but from what I remember I put most of my Warfare points into all the dual wield abilities that have a chance to double-attack. I believe there are 3 or 4 of them. I also have the standard Rogue combo attack bound to left-click, a finisher on my right-click, and the poison/blade sharpening enchantments up.

i dont know why people like this game so much, but it was fucking terrible. theres no satisfaction in killing enemies, you hit them a few times and they just fall over, no blood, nothing. and its just plain boring, at least torchlight, while being extremely repetitive, is actually fun sometimes.

Torchlight is only has 4 different variations of environments. Each filled with only 8 different mobs per zone. Each boss is easy to beat. Each environment is computer generated. So once you reach 140 map runs it means you will enter the same dungeon again. It took me ages to reach lvl 50 with 30 fame. (Mainly to gather achievements for Xbox360). This game looks like it has a detailed backstory.

Hello. I was level 32 on Normal because I was doing a Telkine run. Telkines were (at least at the time of that patch) a decent boss to repeatedly kill to attempt to get better loot. I outleveled him, which is partially why I beat him so badly, though I also went a full-on dual wielding assassin build, so I already was doing a lot of damage.

If i dont click an enemy precisely, the pet walks nexto it then walks back, bringing them all to me like a dumb shit, might b time for a new game.lucky i didnt buy th shit

Hi takutanuva,

It's up to you. However, if you want to get Torchlight, you may want to wait for Torchlight 2. Torchlight has no multiplayer, so you can't play with your friends. As far as longevity goes, you might get more longevity out of Titan Quest. Torchlight has its own few little charms (a very colorful art style, fishing, an endless dungeon when you beat the game). Only 3 character classes though.

I played Titan Quest way before I even heard of Diablo and I know that without Diablo there would be no Titan Quest at all.Diablo has better gameplay, better story, setting and atmosphere, unique enemies, and it has overall better polish. Oh and don't complain about bot spamming, its your fault for not having friends to play with and make a server with a password.

@cgmetallica1981 I have friend but where more on DDO not diablo 1-2 where waiting for 3 and you do not have to have friends to play on a online game if you have to count on your friends to have a good game or just to have fun then it not fun at all. Plus when you run throu the game all three time it gets boring. If you want a real game try a real mmorpg.

@mtboxxx Meh, I never liked Diablo 2. Diablo was fun when it existed, but the game play got old. No.2 failed for me, I really didn't like its style nor its terrible look. I prefer the 2nd Dungeon Siege compared to Diablo 2, but that doesn't say much as the first Dungeon Siege game was far superior to its sequel. this game feels very much like the first Diablo game (watching this vid only) which is a complement. Check out Grim Dark. I have phased out of that game style, but it looks pretty slick.

since in essence its the exact same gamem, with newer graphics.

titans quest is missing alot of what made diablo 2 so good aswell.

the game is a carbon copy of diablo 2 and anyone bashing diablo 2 while liking titans quest needs to get there head checked.

diablo 2 has not aged well alot of newer gamers dont get the appeal, mainly because of its dated graphics.

but diablo 2 was and still is better than titans quest will ever be.
