They should have mentioned cords and wires. Don't put your crib near any windows with blind cords. Leave the cords up high if you can. And make sure if you have a baby monitor that the cords are way out of reach from the crib. I babysat for some people who put the monitor on the changing table right next to the crib. Their daughter pulled the cord and ended up with it tangled around her, including her neck. She didn't suffocate, but it was tight enough it left red marks around her neck.

This is great information. We use the breathable bumper pads for our daughter and love them! I wouldn't have thought ot a stuffed animal being a launch pad... good to know!
