  • I dont care if he is black, im white and this man has teached me alot of how to be healthy. God bless this man.

  • Wow, glad I found this channel - Thumbs Way UP!!!! Great Channel, Great Information. Thanks AfricanHolistics for taking the time to share your knowledge.

  • No matter what the racist wish or predict upon the black population, there will always be survivors. Now of course racism will never end unless the world ends which may actually be a good thing. Anyway, what are the solutions to these problems. I personally know blk professionals who are reaching out to the youth to correct some of these issues. But they encounter so many roadblocks. Ever wondered how these roadblocks got setup? Don't ever let ppl define you and your destiny.

  • Melanin SUPER POWERS ACTIVATE...LOL! Not to embarrass him, but other races have fibriods and prostatic cancers as well. Melanin is found in all organs however it will not totally provent anyone person from contracting cancer...no matter what the concentration. A lot of people ate directly from the land not just tan-dark brown people. So yeah, cancer was a bit lower. Also, the industrial age brought in a slew of what is poisoning all HUMAN ETHNIC GROUPS.

  • "we were cavity free when we came from Africa"

That's because the slaves had no access to refined sugar.

  • I was just thinking about getting some cheese sticks but nevermind now

  • Why are blacks still tring to use the same strategies for black power that didn't work in the past?Black folks have different problems and therefore we must us different strategies and those strategies still involves thinking. In order at our full capacity we must eat foods that enhances our thinking ability and stop eating foods that hinder our thinking ability.

  • @blackman666ful It's not a lack of good food that's the problem, the black community has a whole does not value education.

  • @soulinite Blacks value education but the education that they're receiving isn't correct.

  • @blackman666ful True or not a degree will allow you to demand a better wage. Communities that value education are wealthy , communities that don't are poor.

  • @soulinite This is about eating healthy there are people who receive food stamps and don't have the education to spend the money so that it will benefit them.A change is needed but it always has been.

  • @soulinite, that's odd. Last time I checked, blacks are being used to fill the science gap in America. Go check the NSF stats and Louis Stokes bridge programs for minorities in math and science. The majority are pursuing more business related fields. You just can't round up the entire black community like that. Too much emphasis is placed on the 1/3 of blacks that have been jailed or imprisoned. Blks continue to be portrayed as the negative of anything.

  • @can06 There are lots of intelligent black professionals who value education and brilliant black scientist. I'm just speaking generally.

  • Yea, you rarely hear of an African having cancer. They hardly had any of these European Scientist made disease. They had to create Aids to wipe Africa out, and also they had to make a genocidal war. These Europeans have created a mess within the African community as a whole. Why in the hell did they come into Africa in the firts place?

  • @standforchange08 they came to africa to kill.....

  • @RevolutionaryFather you are so right "boule negros" that is so true they are the one's our children are following

  • WOW. I just bought his book about Melanin....He is awesome! Im excited to learn

  • I cant believe he repeated statistics. Race and gender specific statistics are nothing more than mental opression. Statistics cannot be trusted.

  • @dabcore Agreed, diet and your environment control a lot of your health. Unfortunately, African Americans have a poor diet generally for a lot of reasons including poverty.

  • Speak the truth!!!!

  • After what happened to my mother and Uncle, I no longer trust the health industry or the food industry. Murderers is what they are. Its funny how we have people sitting and rotting in prison for the same shit that these corporations do on a much wider scale.

  • Watermelon was bought to the US by Africans. It would really help if blacks , especially those in th city would stop thinking its slave food and eat it during the summer when its cheap instead of meat. Its sweet and it feels u up+ its good for your heart and respatory system, thats why Kenyans always win the marathon, they eat melon fruits/vegetables a lot. Almost exclusively in some parts of Kenya

  • @vincerashaad No way! I love watermelon! That is awesome! Hell yeah!

  • @vincerashaad I'm trying to get verification of Africans that eat nearly no or very little meat. Are there more examples besides the Kenyans? Is this by choice or necessity, presuming meat is very expensive and more of a luxury?

  • @Soulblackman many Africans drink str8 milk all day w/ little meat. There are many tribes who eat almost no meat but i know little of them other than meat is mostly eaten at festivals and at least one day a week or two

  • @vincerashaad I'm hearing you, but the one tribe that comes to mind to me, that consumes large amounts of milk are the Maasi. I feel we must try to veer away from the vast AFRICA or AFRICANS, and try to be more specific and find out WHICH Africans do so-and-so.

  • @Soulblackman The difference is the Masai cows aren't laced with steroids and growth hormones to get bigger and produce more milk. Their cows are producing the natural way from the land and water of mother Africa.

  • @arronnov What peoples in Africa are primarily vegetarian? Please provide names.

  • @Soulblackman That I don't know. The stats on historical meat eaters in Africa might be a little hard to find. The basewashing and pushing away from knowledge of self isn't just affecting us in the diaspora. Its rapid in the motherland. Read "The spirit of intimacy" by Sobonfu Some because explains how the young who run of from their village to the cities. They for sake any knowledge of themselves then when they get in trouble they run back to the elders for counsel and spiritual healing.

  • @arronnov Cows are not part of the natural order, as they are domesticated, and you do not find anything similar in Africa, in the wild. It WOULD be interesting to learn how they got there in the first place. This is similar to cassava, which also came from the outside, in this case, from Europeans.

  • @Soulblackman Yes it would be interesting to find out how they got there in the first place!

  • @vincerashaad Please provide some evidence of this (watermelons), because from what I know, our food did NOT come here with us.

  • @Soulblackman Hope Arkansas is the watermelon city. It started in a small place from Hope were black people lived. Now that small place outside of Hope is whitewashed, and Hope has festival every year in August. White people have taken over it.

  • @vincerashaad BUT WHAT DO YOU DO WHEN THEY MAKE IT NOW.IT HAS NO SEEDS.

  • @cynd675 thats an industry melon known as a hybrib. i still eat the ones w/eeds an try to stay away from modified food. Not good for humans or the environment

  • @vincerashaad IM TRYING MY BEST TO SAVE AND MOVE TO AFRICA.I CANT FIND SEEDED WATER MELON.SO FUCKING SAD.THEIR TRYING THEIR BEST TO KILL US OFF.

  • i dont know when this was made but DOC still looks great. he must be doing something right !

  • WOW!

  • same here

  • I have been needing someone to motivate me to Avoid Sugar like the plague. Here Finally is someone doing that! No one out there is saying this. Naturopathic Doctors suggest lots of things but if we get off sugar we might not need even those things?!

  • True every one does attach food to their culture. Unfortunately we Negroes were taught b y the Caucasian that passed down left over food and it became a cultural event... hog maws, chitterlings, fat back, greens cooked in fat back, cornbread, etc. What can be done? Now several generations are addicted to junk food.

  • more than right, junk food is addictive ,loaded with msg, aspartame, and other neurotoxins...that KILL brain cells....

  • tell it on tha mountain!!!

  • I have 3 Dr. Afrika books and u feel like your talking to him when you read them. he is a true master teacher and healer. I advise anyone who sees this video or wants to get in some kind of range of health will buy African Holistic Health a must have for any black family. PROTECT YOUR CHILDREN STOP TRUSTING THE WHITE ESTABLISHMENT OR THESE BOULE NEGROS TO FEED YOUR SEEDS.

  • @RevolutionaryFather

The Gov can also put anything in the medicine.

For example, AIDs virus. Was put into Black People by the US Gov. If they can do that, I dont see how they couldnt place other diseases in us

  • @Troo44 you are right.....

  • great vid :)
