my htc dream survived a fall of 3 meters high, 2 meters on rocks, fell down from my bed and out of my pocket a lot! but it still works perfectly! <3

eBay, but problem is you need a data plan or you gotta go through annoying stuff to do it w/o data plan, and if you do stuff w/o data plan I think you get epic charged. I just got a HTC Fuze instead. But this phone was much better.

I'm a high bidder on a rogers htc dream so I'm really looking forward to using it. I'm selling my ATT Pure so I'll miss things like the zoom bar, 5mp camera, and the massive 480x800 screen ... but xda is taking too long and I want an android now (too many bugs in current builds).

I'm very glad that you impressed with design,but the HTC dream DOES NOT display caller ID for incoming calls, only displays the number but not a name. I was really disappointed from the day 1.

i bought my htc dream and its great but i cant go on the internet unless i have wifi. My 3g doesnt work and my google maps can only be operated when i have wifi connection

do you have a data plan? your provider might have blocked your 3g, you should call them first. If you're not on a plan then that would be why you can't go on 3g

get a bell plan, they are on gsm and u can get a good plan for 25$ a month, unlimited incoming, unlimited texting, 250 day mins, free evenings adn weekends, free call display and voicemail and you dont have to sign a contract.

canada, the plan is over now, they only had it for a month but if u go to your local bell provider u can maybe still get it because i got it after the closed that deal.

@Aman871 I work for bell, so you should know the following: Bell runs on either CDMA, or HSPA+ ... not GSM. Nor do they have a plan matching your description.... unless you really bargain with a dealer.... You're right about the no contract unless you go with the Iphone 3GS.
