Supertramp is definitely missing the recognizable voice of Roger, but Roger is missing the Supertramp sound. People shouldn't troll about Supertramp playing "Roger's songs". Davies has probably written just as much. Their best tracks were from before Breakfast in America, when Davies en Hodgson were still writing together

I totally agree, Roger is the BEST !!! Saw him at Epcot during Eat to the Beat concert and he was FANTASTIC..only he can sing his songs the way they were meant to be sung.............He was SuperTramp !

I prefer my Supertramp from the real thing and that's Roger Hodgson. Rick's group is getting better at doing covers of Roger's songs with 5 or 7 people all singing to sound like one man.

This was terrible!!! The guy replacing Roger may be a great singer in his on rite, but he just doesn't fit here. Roger seems to be doing fine without Supertramp, but there just is no Supertramp without Roger Hodgson!!!

No comparison. I feel sorry for Mark Hart or anyone else doing covers of Roger's songs. He has such a unique voice and style and there just isn't that magic and soul in the songs from others. Thank you Roger for your gift of music you share we all of us.

To be honest??? Roger without Supertramp is just brilliant. But I really miss the music made by Supertramp AND playing together with Roger. That guy singing now for Supertramp, doesn't even match the charisma Roger have.

Roger! Hands down. He sounds amazing. I actually saw him live in Montreal and it was one of the most unforgettable memories of my life! I also saw Supertramp about 6 or 7 years ago and it was sad. The first half they played a bunch of jazzy stuff from their latest albums that no one in the audience seemed to know, and then they played some of the hits towards the end, but without Roger singing them. it was almost painful - so I cast my vote for Roger - hands down!

Roger looks like he is having a good time, on the other hand I really like Mark Hart from Crowded House and felt bad he got pushed into this. I think he did the best he could, he's an artist with his own hits and gets what artistic integrity is and it wasn't the best use of his talent to make him sing someone else's songs. Rick Davies should sing his own songs on a ST concert.
