  • I love it when Christians criticize Mormonism. Other branches of Christianity are merely older than Mormonism, but all the beliefs are still pulled out of someone's ass. Mormonism is just more obviously false because it is new and easier to point out how it is made up. Either way, as a Democrat I do hope that Protestant intolerance works in out favor...

  • "You see some classes of the human family that are black, uncouth, uncomely, disagreeable and low in their habits, wild, and seemingly deprived of nearly all the blessings of the intelligence that is generally bestowed upon mankind....Cain slew his brother. Cain might have been killed, and that would have put a termination to that line of human beings. This was not to be, and the Lord put a mark upon him, which is the flat nose and black skin."

  • OBAMNEY!

Between January and September 2011, Mitt Romney’s Bain Capital gave Barack Obama $27,500!

So far this year, Bain Capital donated $123,200 to the Democratic National Committee. They also donated to a Romney super PAC; $1.25 million!

Romney’s companies have sent 25% of this year’s donations to the Democrats, while in 2008, 2/3 of their money went to Obama!

Donkey or Elephant – Corporations keep them FED.

Please give Ron Paul some consideration. I’m not a kid; I’m a university professor.

  • As a teabagger and therefore a true Christian, I just don't think that I can vote for someone who worships L. Ron Hubbard as their personal lord and savior. Jesus is the only christain that I want my president to worship. All other american idols are false. Says so in the Holey Babble.

  • Did you know Iran has not attacked any country in 150 yrs? Israel is more dangerous than Iran.Israel attacked American interests many times! • Why is Mormonism the only religion to be chewed apart? Half of the religions today appeared in the past couple centuries from guys who questioned the already existing religions, and they don't get ripped apart. Saying that Mormonism is bogus just because of their different beliefs is ridiculous. All religions have different beliefs. romney should not be spotlighted only because of his religion. Sure, he should be able to answer questions about it, but after he answers them, move onto the politi

  • It isn't like Mitt discovered a cure for cancer. Anyways anyone who's smart enough to cure cancer knows that Joseph Smith was a fraud, in fact anyone with a sub average grasp of archeaology or history should.

  • I bet you that this would happen. lol

  • Im a Mormon..

  • @yesblake No, sir, Black people are not cursed. You are taking it out of context. And no, black people are not cursed.

  • This video doesn't make a valid point... mormons actively fight against gay people, women's rights, and still consider black people (in their texts) as "cursed". The fact is that when we are electing someone, or even receiving healthcare from them, it's hard to be objective toward them when they themselves don't return the favor. Your video is hypocritical. You must be quite high up in the church :)

  • @yesblake Did you read the video description? Mormonism is a mainstream religion and shouldn't be singled out as wacky in a way that other religions like Christianity are not. Romney isn't likely to advance an anti-gay, anti-women, or anti-black agenda MORE than his evangelical Republican opponents. In fact, he's one of the few Republican Presidential candidates who talks often about the separation of church and state. BTW, I'm an atheist. I think all religious beliefs are silly.

  • @NonRandomNonSense I can completely understand where you are coming from, but Mormonism, despite having 14 million members, is NOT a "mainstream" religion. They are still gaining ground against a world of much older, much larger religions.MY point, however, is that I think ALL politicians/public figureheads should have to answer difficult questions regarding ANYTHING dealing with their morals or personal beliefs, and Mormonism has more "eccentric" beliefs which automatically stir up interest.

  • @NonRandomNonSense So allow me to conclude that the solution is just the opposite of this... the less we require our public figureheads to tell us, the more scandal and corruption we see. If you would like evidence, google "World History" or "American Government"

  • @NonRandomNonSense I will remove religion from politics when politics stop using religion. In god we trust was added to currency during the civil war, and Under God was added to the pledge of allegiance in 1954. If anything, we NEED to ask questions and be skeptical of our leaders, because we are in a period where the separation of church and state is an ideal myth. As long as our partisan lines are based on social issues, religion will remain the epicenter of political debate.

  • @NonRandomNonSense nah dude god is real, he ususaly hangs in my kitchen and burn his face on my toasts. You know if i had every power in the universe. id totaly burn my face on toasts.

  • @NonRandomNonSense ditto especially with that last sentence.

  • @yesblake your comment is also inaccurate, LDS support gay rights, womens right, and do not consider blacks 'cursed', seriously you should do your research. The fact that they oppose certian political stances that have further reaching effects then the simplified version presented in the media does not make them 'actively fighting' against anyone. LDS support gay rights in housing, employment, and several other fields, but defend traditional marriage? Oh now they're 'actively fighting'.

  • @yesblake we do not consider blacks to be cursed, i dont know where everyone gets this idea. we are a christian church like any other, we study the bible just like you guys, the book of mormon is a record of christs visit in the americas after his resurection.

  • @darkfire1408 Mormons believe that the other churchs are directed by Satan, you can read that in the book of mormon

  • in my opinion they arnt trying very hard. some are but not alot. if they find it then they will loose a shit load of money in other medisin. the goverment is justa bunch of stuck up greedy bastards who are taking our rites away very slowly.they say right to freedom of speach.my ant got arested for tellinga cop that he was a fucking dumb ass.if u say that to the predident u get life. they arnt going to try very hard to find it. thumbs up if u agree with me to some point.

  • Sad but true!

  • jklfadsjksflkdjs

  • You make a good point but there are legit reasons to dislike the mormon religion. I am ex-LDS. Do you know they interrogate little kids as young as 10 and ask them if they masterbate? If they say yes they guilt trip kids and call it "self abuse" That is abusive and wrong.

  • This video is a TURD, just like the MORmON religion, just like the MORmON candidate for U.S. Pres. Suck on that MORmONS!

  • ironicly there IS a CURE for CANCER and we've known it for 100 years.

Gerson.org drshulze.com.... many more wbsites document this but like this video... nobody really cares. the "medical establishment" has everyone brain washed into thinking its not possible because it would mean they would have to stop selling their highly profitable DRUGS.

  • how come the video doesnt play anymore? did it get removed?

  • I can't understand why there is so much hatred toward the Mormon religion in the world today. It almost makes me want to cry when i read how many people lose themselves in their hatred and do all in their power to destroy our church any way they can. You people who post comments like "The Mormons are a cancer" or "I'd rather die than ever be touched by a Mormon" You people should be ashamed of yourselves. When you do things like that you are being led by the devil and you don't even know it.

  • @iwasmuted4 Lol, umad bro? You do realize they're trolling, right? And you sound like a Christian that has been blinded by their religion, just so you know.

  • As a Christian who is opposed to the Mormon Doctrine I had to laugh at the video and did provide some pretty good points. I do have to admit I giggled at the reference made by the Black BET correspondents who asked, "On the cure for cancer can we use it immediately or do we have to wait the proscribed 148 years?" That shows how far you researched this video and really cudos on your research. I mean honestly good video.

  • id rather die than ever be touched by a mormon

  • @agricola poke

  • @agricola I'm sorry to hear that. The thing is, you probably have been touched by a mormon w/o realizing it. Even if all it was was a brush while walking along the street.

  • The mormons are a cancer

  • @yerabiggerjokefool Isaiah 5:20 Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!

  • this was insanely hillarious! XD!

  • As man is God once was. OK Mormons, who was the very first God? that is the one I serve.

  • Very funny video and, judging from the comments I read, very true. Some day people will get over the "my religion is the right religion" complex. Unfortunately just not in my lifetime.

  • Umm, Mormons have not cured anything, If cancer is ever discovered, it won' t a Mormon, they do not accept evolution as a biological theory.

Anyone think cancer is part of intelligent design?

  • @ASCENSION462 Cancer already has been discovered. At least Mormons know how to write in English. Something that you should learn to do before acting like you are smarter just cause you have different beliefs.

  • @pilottim79

Yeahh, had a little typo, pretty sure it was still written in English.

*If a cure for cancer is ever discovered....

Want to talk about where the Book of Abraham comes from?

  • ha ha...hilarious..what is a mormon btw

  • @bornsmart128 someone belonging to the church of Jesus Christ of latter day saints. Mormon is a nickname for those people who call themselves LDS

  • Lol. This is a funny video. Shows the ill mind of the bigots

  • This video is funny.

  • Back to the point, the video...

    excellent satire. Excellent!

Loved the flurry of questions at the end, ie the cure + hot drinks, etc.

Really in the face of the bigots.

    Thanks for posting!

  • now, I don't really want to debate this on the youtube forum forever, so if you respond to any of my posts I will not reply...

  • Haha. The Youtube guy from Tennessee watches Walker Texas Ranger I assume = a Chuck Norris Fan = a supporter of Huckabee. A parody of the youtube CNN debate that had a "random" video was about the Bible, surely intended for Mitt Romney, as we found out he turned out to be a Huckabee supporter.

  • One would think that if Mormons have any link to God, (who knows everything), they would ALREADY have a cure for cancer because they would have asked nicely, and if God felt the Mormon's were worthy of this knowledge, he would have given it to them. What we can surmise from this is that there IS no omnipotent God, and that Mormon research is far from finding a cure, while SCIENTIFIC organizations are much closer WITHOUT and assistance from delusions.

  • Heaps funny and still relevant today.

    Loved it....

  • Mormon's don't do research on cancer, they're much too busy spending MILLIONS to stop gay Californians from marrying in a feeble attempt to legitimize polygamy. It is RESEARCH-based organizations (all of which are secular) that find cures for diseases and life-saving drugs. All faith-based organizations give us is things like George Bush, the Crusades, Inquisition, witch-burnings and fag-bashings of today.

  • @ColonPal this is so crass, I'm surprised I'm responding...but have you ever heard of the Huntsman Cancer institute...yes...founded by....a Mormon...gasp. or LDS hospital which houses the huntsman cancer clinic? Mormons also spend "MILLIONS" to fund research. No, they haven't cured cancer yet. But these comments are the epitome of the point this video is trying to make.

  • @Stevizal -- I believe Mormons spend a lot of money trying to make it APPEAR that they fund cancer research, but no, I didn't know that, and I'm not even sure I believe it.

I'm sure they fund research-based organizations though, they've got to put money in at least SOMETHING worth while to keep their public image up. However, they're still a reprehensible organization with blood on their hands.

  • @ColonPal

The U of U does research on cancer. Payed for, in a large part, by the Matheson family (a mormon family). Plus, for obvious reasons, a large percentage of U of U students are Mormon, as well as the faculty.

  • @Aeuwa -- BULLSHIT! While I don't doubt that there's mormon philanthropists, the Mormons funded MILLIONS in to political funding to overturn the people's choice to allow gay marriage in CA, which shows that their true intent is not to help society, but to discriminate. Faith-based organizations by and large don't fund research organizations, partially due to their reliance on their mythical 'God' and their resistance to REAL help that Science provides.

Yes, I realize the truth may hurt.

  • Comment removed

  • @ColonPal

Also, to assume that a scientific organization is automatically secular is just dumb. More likely it is non-denominational, meaning it has no ties to any religious organization but allows people from any religion to work there and accept donations from anyone who wishes to donate.

  • @Aeuwa -- It's not dumb, it's REALITY and FACT. So why not put your money where your mouth is, and name a faith-based organization who's sole purpose is to fund scientific research or perform it. Scientific organizations are ALWAYS secular organizations!

Are there Scientific organizations which members who are 'believers'? I'm sure there's a small number of them, but Science REQUIRES rational and logical thought processes and the belief in an all-powerful deity negates logic & reason.

  • @ColonPal

You shout BullShit and then proceed to validate what I said "I don't doubt that there's mormon philanthropists")

You're fallacy here is that you assume that the Mormon church has to fund the research for a Mormon to get the credit, which is contrary to reality. Anyone who does the research is just as able to find a "Cure" as anyone else, despite their religion.

Simply put, there are Mormon scientists, Mormon philanthropists and so forth who have invested into Cancer.

  • @Aeuwa -- At least you agree with my summary of fallacy of this video, which makes the ASSUMPTION that if a Mormon cured cancer, the media would be concerned with the religiosity of the doctor who came up with the cure. My POINT, however, you missed entirely, which was that RELIGIOUS GROUPS by and large are not investing in cures for diseases, or research that could enable such cures. The Mormons spent MILLIONS supporting discriminatory legislation, which shows what is the more typical 'cause'.

  • @ColonPal logic, or reliability) wouldn't it be easy to see what one would desire to spend more time, energy, and funds pursuing? For example, the Mormons have sent a document called "The Proclamation to the Family", which dictates the requirements for having an Eternal Family and reaching eventual Celestial Glory (Eternal Salvation). So, again using Logic and Reasoning under that pretext which I in no way claim is true, wouldn't that religious organization want to devote themselves to it?

  • @brigmahf -- Eternal Salvation or whatever preposterous name you give immortality is a logical human want, but unfortunately for you and anyone else who craves such depravity, you STILL only have one life and since humans evolved on earth, not a SINGLE person has achieved it, so good luck with that too!

  • @ColonPal @ColonPal I'm not here to debate the reality of God, nor spark any sort of topic of debate. I won't respond to anything you have to say to what I'm about to explain. I do, however, wish to clarify perhaps why religion spends so much on 'typical causes'.

A religious organization sees into the eternities. They believe that this brief mortal time frame of about 80 years is insignificant compared to endless time. Using logic and reasoning under THAT pretext (again, not claiming it's truth,

  • @brigmahf -- LOL -- thanks for the delusional manure about the 'eternities', that was entertaining for a couple seconds, but if you're not here to debate such delusional superstition and mythology, then WHY is it that you brought it up?

The fact that God doesn't answer your prayers when you prayed for a cure for your father's cancer is further evidence that a Mormon isn't any closer to finding a cure for cancer than anyone else, as well as proving God doesn't exist.

    Good luck with 'eternity'!

  • @Aeuwa -- I would like an explanation why the Mormon's don't just ask God to give them the cure for cancer? Is it that when they become 'Scientists', they realize and recognize that God is just wishful thinking and doesn't exist, or do you think God would rather humans have cancer cuz he made too many of us?

Do Mormon scientists just pray a little bit more intently to have their prayers ignored, or does God choose not to answer the prayers cuz he likes to watch humans suffer with cancer?

  • @ColonPal

I guess we interpret this video differently, there is no fallacy here, they are using what is called "satire" criticizing the media and general population's assumptions about Mitt Romney in the 2008 election.

I am a scientist, but not in the field of medicine (Astronomy & Physics FTW) I am also young, but it is my belief that Cancer will never be cured based on what I know of the disease. (nanorobotics may be the way though)

  • @Aeuwa -- Do you think Cancer won't be cured because God doesn't love Mormon's, or he just likes to see all of us die in horrific ways?

  • @ColonPal

I think it won't be cured because it requires the elimination of millions of rapidly dividing cells. If even just few are not destroyed the cancer returns.

I don't consider cancer "horrific", the chemo we use to get rid of it is vastly more horrific. Sure it is painful near the end, but I believe that bacterial or viral diseases are more so, and being physically dismembered would be quite horrific as well.

God doesn't stop bad things from happening. Only helps us cope with them.

  • @Aeuwa -- I agree, and I also agree God doesnt stop things from happening, you may think it's because God is indifferent towards man or wants to give us a choice' or some other Christian psycho-babble, and I use logic and reason and understand that the reason God doesn't stop bad things is because God doesn't exist and ONLY exists in the minds of those who call to him or invent him for themselves.

Science can 'see' God in the brain, and God is not a thinking entity, he's a creation of our minds.

  • @Aeuwa -- BTW: I tend to agree with your assessment of cancer -- it would be a curse to the planet if we lived much longer.

  • From a mormon scientist perspective, we're not supposed to live forever, since most cancer occurs later in life it does not disrupt the gene pool and therefore does not cause natural selection (evolution will never get rid of cancer). And if we did 'cure' it something else will take its place. For example, over 100 years ago microbial infections were the number 1 killer, then antibiotics entered the scene and more people lived longer, suddenly people lived long enough to be effected by cancer.

  • @ColonPal As far as cancer is concerned, my father passed away due to the horrible effects of Lung Cancer. It was a painful period in my life, as he followed all of the dictates that support a healthy lifestyle in the LDS Church, and strictly adhered to the idea of keeping himself away from tobacco products. That proves nothing. Human bodies are frail, and subject to all Earthly experiences, including Death, as it is a part of His plan, regardless of the manner in which it comes about.

  • @brigmahf -- I guess God just made human bodies frail so he could enjoy watching us suffer then, or is it the 'greater plan' myth that Mormon's succumb to that makes our 'frailty' tolerable?

It's funny to watch believers fumble with their understanding of their OWN beliefs. God is 'all powerful', until we point out how powerless he actually is, then suddenly his powerlessness is merely part of his 'plan'.

How convenient, and how successful you are at the art of lying to yourself.

  • omfg you fucking suck dick and balls mormons arent fucking retarded !

i can PWN you then fuck your mom in 30 different languages !

  • "... Fox news" LOLZ

  • funny video with a great point.

  • So what great and marvelous works have Mormons (or morons) contributed to the world except lies.

  • @billymeier182 what have u don?

and we do not lie we love God and hes comandments

  • @BryceisBibleMan Its not the mormon membership I am talking about or trying to single out, but their evil minded apostolic leaders who lie to peoples faces on a daily basis, because these leaders are screwing people.

  • @billymeier182 do u know what thes men do all day they halp people all the time.

  • What religions are wrong and right? - iuchat . com

  • It's a shame to see the comments dominated by this guy. Some people seem to think that earthly science beats God, in all his Celestial glory.

  • mormons are awesome!!!!!!!

  • Good video clip

  • Haha! Good view of ignoramuses and the media

  • hahahaha,.. thanks for making this video,... really,..

  • ROFLCOPTER !!!!!!!!!!!!

  • [I wonder if he's wearing his holy underwear.....

  • Great video, I laughed my ass off!

  • No one follows the bible to the letter, today. They would go to prison for mass murder if they did!

Luckily people are starting to come around and acknowledge the fact that they shouldn't bother with the bible because it is scientifically defunct, not just because it is immoral.

  • @1stLtDavis and on what grounds do you say it is scientifically defunct?

  • @xLegendNasHx, have you ever read the "book of genesis?"

Regardless of how you interpret the word 'yom' the text clearly teaches that everything was 'created' out of nothing....that is nonsense.

A: The text is teaching a world-wide flood which is physically impossible.

B: The text implies Super-Evolution, seeing as one pair of animals had to become all breeds of dog, coyotes, wolves, foxes, etc., and in less than 3,000 years. This is genetically impossible.

  • I suggest you revisit the 'book of genesis.'

Two of every 'kind' implies Super-Evolution on an unimaginable scale, and in less than 3,000 years.

  • HAHAHA, LMFAO

xLegendNasHx, about 99% of the animals ( species ) in the fossil record are dead...the vast majority of animals that have ever called earth home are now dead.

Do you have any idea how crowded it would be here if all species that have ever existed lived contemporaneously ?!

Productive life on earth would be impossible, the land and especially the seas would be totally 100% full!

  • You called me an "evolutionist"....wtf, that's a made-up word, lmao.

Why you sent me a link to Answers in Genesis I'll never know. Some of their speakers, Jason Lisle most notably, have been caught lying and spreading outright disinformation...apparently he was lying for Jesus...?

Evolutionary Biology has NOTHING to do with the origin of life, it's a completely independent science that only affects life...you know, once life is here!

I love how you just dropped the flood myth too, lol.

  • By the way, I do not like to insult anyone, but when people say stupid things I feel that it is my duty to do so.

As per your message to me, there are millions of species alive today, tens of thousands of vertebrates alone.

Throughout the history of the earth ( forgetting how long that has been ) MILLIONS of vertebrates alone have lived. We know for a fact that they could not all possibly live at the same time....they would be standing on the shoulders of others, high into the sky!

  • @1stLtDavis -- Not to mention, the MILLIONS of species yet to be even discovered or classified. In the rainforests of New Guinea alone there's new species found in vallies & canyons that don't exist anywhere else on the planet, or even on the other side of the island which shows how bogus the Noah's ark and flood myths are.

The SAD thing is that there are Christians today who ACTUALLY BELIEVE the Bible verbatim, despite Scientific evidence that proves the Bible is 100% horse shit.

  • xLegenNasHx, actually there is ZERO evidence for a 'global flood,' even the more intelligent members of the 'creationist camp' have had to recant this myth.

But by all means, if you want to pursue this topic with me that's fine. Although, after your comment about all species that have ever lived living together on this little planet in the same era....I don't expect even semi-coherent arguments from you with respect to the flood myth.

  • @1stLtDavis go walk in wide nature have you never mentioned everything has been under water?

  • @anisuthideyakoindu, have I never mentioned everything has been under water? What in the hell are you talking about? Look, english is not my first language either but damn.

  • @1stLtDavis no one ever said it was global, but it was 'worldwide' in the sense, that the people at the time only knew part of the world

  • lmao curing cancer on a bike..xD

  • (:D) so true! Very funny!

  • yay for religion

  • Well they continue to kick your ass in life and are probably your boss so get over it, fag.

  • if a mormon was able to cured cancer i would be able to shit gold

  • OMG AWESUM

  • lol i like how Brandon picked this up, another thing is i could probably see this happening in real life. You get the media asking unrelated questions and the only way to get their attention is through something that interests them

Haha I'm mormon and I thought this was hillarious.

  • I don't think that half the people who commented on this film actually noticed the underlying message. Just sayin'.

  • "why did you mormons invent cancer in the first place" LMAO!

  • I'm Mormon and I LOL'd at this.

  • People hate Mormons and Jews b/c they run everything.lolol

  • your joaking rite mormon and jews dont run everything catholic shurch is much much bigger then the mormon cult or the jew church

  • hahahhahahahaha ARE YOU SERIOUS??? Please tell me you are. Look at all the CEO's in America...most of them are either Jewish or Mormon. Catholics are a dying breed. I'm not Mormon, but they have a lot of power in business. If you don't see that then you're a jackass.

  • ok there 14mill mormons under 5 mill active mormons theres 1.1 bill catholics in the world and if you could the Christians that are part of the catholic church that would be 3.2 bill people so tell me who is a dying breed?

  • What a fucking shitty argument on your behalf. If we used that logic then Catholics would run pretty much everything. There are even fewer Jews than Mormons and Jews own almost every television network you can think of....Hollywood included. It has nothing to to with quantity, but rather how people are raising their young. And quite frankly, they Mormons and Jews are doing a better job at it. Hell, look at Medical schools as well...all Jews and Mormons....fuckin' retard.

  • At least it's not Scientology.

  • lol 2:30

  • religious boooom

  • lol "i cannot wait to postpone my fate"

That line got me cracking up

  • An excellent video, that's a very intelligent parody...is it weird that I'm wondering if the 'cure for cancer' girl worked?

  • por favor no lo leas

en 1999 fue grabado un video de un perro espectral ese video es "fantasma de perro 100%real, ahora reproducelo 5 veces y recomiendalo a 3 personas o moriras...yo lo lei y lo tuve que hacer perdonen

  • religions are all jokes. why?

because all of them are true... but they all have their differences. makes no sense.

  • Non of them are true O.o

  • my point exactly...

  • Exxccceeelleenntt!...BTW the girl should do MORE singing..and she was very pretty too!

  • For the record, I am Mormon, but I see a crucial difference here - religious zealots are always trying to interject their beliefs into political policy, which leads to suspicion of those not of that faith. Look at the religious right. So I'm not the least bit offended by suspicion of a Mormon politician, although I think that suspicion would be mitigated if a Mormon were running in a Democratic primary instead of a Republican one.

  • Excellent video! Right on! Thank you!

  • so funny, religious believe sould not take any place in our society, Believe waht you believe and let me believe what i believe the world will be a greater place with that idea in everyone head

  • ????

Read your own sentence! Religious belief should not take place, but you believe what you want.

    What?!

  • yeah...sorry, it was not easy to understand ....... (actually it was but i will explain it to you) I was saying that nobody should judge someone else because of is religion... And the belief have to be something that you keep for yourself, i dont want to know what you do in your house or in your house, but dont say me that my belief are wrong and yours are better. Every religion are equals. Religions are only different version of the same story

  • this vids so fucking funny!

why does it have so little views well its sorta simple whenever a religion like the mormons or scjientology or wahtever get insulted they take it hard; and fuck your shit up

  • IN Joseph Smith's First Vision HE ASKED GOD WHAT CHURCH WAS RIGHT AND WHAT CHURCH HE SHOULD JOIN AND GOD TOLD HIM THIS---->

...I was answered that I must join none of them, for THEY WERE ALL WRONG...that ALL THEIR CREEDS WERE AN ABOMINATION in his sight; that THOSE PROFESSORS WERE ALL CORRUPT; that: "they draw near to me with their lips, but THEIR HEARTS ARE FAR FROM ME..He again FORBADE me to join with ANY OF THEM...

This puts down all churches and people that are not LDS MORMONS jesfeldt

  • see i live in utah nd i'm not LDS and thats probably why not i don't believe god would tell one guy that all the churches on earth are wrong, but still i respect u guys haha

  • Joseph Smith"...rebellious NIGGERS... " (Millennial Star,22:602;)."

Are the Mormons abolitionists? No,unless delivering the people from priestcraft, and the priests from the power of Satan, should be considered abolition. But we do not believe in setting the negroes free.Joseph Smith, History of the Church,v.3,p.29

    Joseph Smith stated:

Had I anything to do with the negro,I would confine them by strict law to their own species, and put them on a national equalization"(History of the Church,5:218)

  • yup, and now black people are mormons too haha

  • BLACKS ARE LEAVING THE Mormon church WHEN THEY learn THIS IS IN Mormon SCRIPTURES ABOUT BLACKS!

the MORMON CULT GOD CURSING AFRICANS BLACK

"..the LORD shall CURSE the land..A BLACKNESS came upon all the(BLACK AFRICANS)..of Canaan, that they were despised among all people..(LDS Moses7:8)"

The MORMON CULT saying Black Africans are CURSED from the PRIESTHOOD

"...CURSED...to the Priesthood..being of the(BLACK AFRICAN)lineage by which he could not have the right of PRIESTHOOD(LDS Abraham1:26-27)"

  • Uhh. In a different version it says "A DARKNESS"

God wouldnt make black people if he was racist, you people are ridiculous

  • The introduction to the 1981(LDS) The Book of Mormon states,"The Lamanites are the principal ancestors of the American Indians."

LDS MORMON PROPHET Joseph Smith stated the following:

"....The Lamanites, through transgression, became a loathsome, ignorant and filthy people, and were CURSED with a SKIN of DARKNESS yet, they have the promise, if they will believe, and work righteousness...they shall become a WHITE and DELIGHTSOME people..."

    :The Latter-Day Saints Millennial Star, vol. 14, p. 418 "

  • Shit. Got me there. mormons are racist? I know the holy bible speaks against racists.

  • LDS MORMON PROPHET Brigham Young said the Africans are the SEED of CAIN!

LDS MORMON PROPHET Brigham Young March 8,1863,stated:

"Shall I tell you the law of God in regard to the AFRICAN RACE? If the white man who belongs to the chosen seed mixes his blood with the seed of CAIN, the penalty, under the law of God, is death on the spot. This will always be so" (Journal of Discourses, 10:110).

..the LORD shall CURSE the land..A BLACKNESS came upon all the(BLACK AFRICANS)..of Canaan..(LDS Moses7:8)

  • Thats messed up. I dont believe god is a racist lol

  • Mormons believe GOD is a RACIST that is how MORMONS GET AWAY WITH there RACIST MORMON SCRIPTURES they say if you don't like it TALK TO GOD he DID IT

THIS RACIST TRASH is not from GOD

"...the Lord God did cause a skin of BLACKNESS to come upon them(Book of Mormon 2 Nephi 5:21)"

"And the skins..were DARK,according to the MARK which was set upon their fathers..which WAS A CURSE upon them...(Book of Mormon,Alma 3:6)"

"and the CURSING which hath come upon their skins...(Book of Mormon,Jacob 3:5)"

  • im mormon.

i think i know better than you what i believe

I was ALWAYS taught that all men were created equal.

  • mormons are not racist

we believe that all men were created equal and it will always be that way

  • youwishuwereadork YES YOU ARE RACIST YOU BELIEVE GOD CURSES PEOPLE WITH BLACK SKIN AND FROM THE PRIESTHOOD!

  • I'm best friends with a Mormon, who in turn is best friends with two blacks.

Stop the stereotyping! That's like saying just because I'm White I must be racist! Or because I'm rich I must wear fancy-ass clothes and have shoes made out of GOLD.

  • tisvana This is nowhere to be found in the HOLY BIBLE it is only in MORMON SCRIPTURES this is not Christianity of Jesus Christ!

"...cursing to come upon them, yea, even a sore cursing...the Lord God did cause a skin of BLACKNESS to come upon them (Book of Mormon 2 Nephi 5:21)"

"And the skins..were DARK,according to the MARK which was set upon their fathers..which WAS A CURSE upon them...(Book of Mormon,Alma 3:6)"

"and the CURSING which hath come upon their skins...(Book of Mormon, Jacob 3:5)"

  • I realize that! But assuming EVERY Mormon reads those scriptures and LIVES by them is Stereotyping!

I do know that many Mormons are racist, I know because (Pardon my hypocrisy about stereotypes) I GREW UP IN UTAH. I've seen All sorts of Mormons! Racist Mormons, Infidels, and whatnot!

I'm just upset about the stereotypes.

  • tisvana18 SHUT THE HELL UP!

Every Mormon believes in the BOOK of MORMON & Pearl of Great Price and this is what it PREACHES RACIST HATE OF BLACK People THE END!

..the LORD shall CURSE the land..A BLACKNESS came upon all the(BLACK AFRICANS)..of Canaan, that they were despised among all people..(LDS Moses7:8)

..seed of Cain were BLACK,and had not place among them..(LDS Moses7:22)

24..from(BLACK AFRICAN)Ham,sprang that race which preserved the CURSE in the land(LDS Abraham1:23-24)

  • All right, fine, you're right.
