  • This one is great too: watch?v=ooaGhYFHIzg

  • It's simply stating that all creations, including men, are God's. It is in no way an endorsement of DRK, unless you twist it to be so.

    Just enjoy the song! :)

  • I had to sing this on my victorian day.

  • I love this version, so pure and angelic.

  • love this song, he's so pure

  • The soloist at 0:50 is a cutie! lol Has a cute voice too. :)

  • I'm pretty sure that's Chris Robson, who, actually, has an account on youtube somewhere.

  • Chris is great there :) I like it!

  • All things are bright and beautiful about this song. Any idea where I can get the sheets? I'm playing the cornet.

  • very nice

  • i'm so glad to have finally found a semi-traditional version of it! the tune at least. I hate how rutter destroyed it.

  • I like them both, in different ways - but I think this one just about wins :)

  • I think not.. rutter arranged a beautiful version and definitely more singable..

  • i love this song

  • What is the boy's name in 0:58?

  • George Tarleton I believe.

  • ie. conveniently "bright and beautiful" for some...

  • Everybody has their own trials. Just because someone might be better off financially doesn't mean that their life is bliss. God doesn't give us more than we can handle.

  • So I imagine God rewrote this song...

  • Remember that in Christian terms "those who are first become last." What that means is that those with the greater power should use their power to help those with less power, therefore becoming their servants. Imagine a president of a country who was purely unselfish, for instance. Or a king. Sure he makes the rules and has a greater "estate", but he would use it for the benefit of the people, not himself.

So God ordered our estate, but oppression doesn't fit in with his model.

  • like this hymn tune (and choir) its better than the original boring tune

  • Yes, I like this one better. It was the one I grew up with. I am LDS, and we have something we go to when we're children called primary. It's sort of like a type of Sunday school. This was one of the songs we sang.

  • Same here!

  • who are the soloists?

  • one of the soloist was me , chris robson , thought ide say hi

  • prove it

  • The soloists are Chris Robson and George Tarlton. I believe Chinteboy is Chris, b/c he's got music videos of Chris' band "Plan Your Escape." Unless it's a bandmate pretending, it's him. Hi Chris! Love the RHCP covers.

  • You know, this hymn is not supposed to go this fast, it needs rythm. Yanks have changed it.

Ah well. Never mind. Blessed are the meek...

  • this is the british boys' choir libera. they're not american.

  • love it !!!!!!!!!

  • these kids are great! can't get tired of listening to their angelic voices.

  • amazing!!!

Wonderfull, that they are using their voices in that beutiful way!

    Glory to GOD!!

  • Bewitching... As words put it.
