@springsunshine1 Hmm, I actually don't tightline my lower waterline so I'm not quite sure, but I did see one person's review who mentioned it smudged a little (><) But for me, it does not smudge at all and lasts all day when tightlining and lining my upper lashline! It is very waterproof. Another great one I know (and I'm sure this one would work for tightlining on the lower waterline) is the Dolly Wink pencil eyeliner produced by Tsubasa Masuwaka!

@danceandmelodee hi! haha i actually meant tightlining only the upper lashline. does it smudge onto the lower waterline? kos i've used many many eyeliners for tightlining my upper lashline, but at the end of the day, they end up smudging onto my bottom waterline :( which one do u recommend? dolly wink pencil eyeliner or the lioele waterproof pencil eyeliner? <3

@springsunshine1 Ohh if you're talking about the upper lashline, then definitely the Lioele Waterproof Pencil Eyeliner!! I tightline my upper lashline w/ this pencil everyday, and never had a problem of smudging or smearing onto the lower lid/lashline. :) Like I said, if you want more of a natural eye look, go for the brown (it looks best if you tightline with this brown, and then thinly line your eyes with a black liquid eyeliner on top), but if you want really dark lines, go for the black!<3

@jmfrani Hi! Hmm... well mine does look like the color at 6:32, except slightly darker/deeper coral pink. It is not orange-y at all, though. They also have baby peach, baby pink, beige, wine-red, bold-red, etc. I would say Flower Pink is the closest to baby pink, but it's softer and more elegant, whereas baby pink would be a bit more pop/fun/cute. This is extremely pigmented, so it shows up bright if you don't wear anything beneath it. Flower Pink is the perfect color for Spring! :)
