There is a little ring around the outside of the sub... take that ring off with a screwdriver but be careful to not pinch the surround. then there is another ring, but do the same thing... pull it up with screwdriver but don't pinch surround... then you can push in the surround and you can see your screws

Ok, well if you ever look to upgrade, look into Eminence speakers or Beyma speakers. I have 8" Eminence in my doors now but im looking to upgrade to 10" Evs (Electro-voice) speakers which are concert speakers!! Very nice...
