It's a Tigerfish. "Goliath Tiger" to be exact... Also known as a demon fish in Africa. Correct me if I'm wrong but I think they are found in the congo river system. There are several species in the tigerfish family but this fellow is the biggest. The second biggest is called plain old tigerfish I think. Anyway its not a piranha. Its from a different family. You can see one caught on the tv series "River Monsters".
