does anyone know a similar type amp to the jvm i have a bugera v22 and a ibanez rg but not doing the van halen type distortion well at all almost no gain got a hot british pedal but too loose no tight distortion i want a jvm style sounding amp for under 700 dollars dont mind if used anyone know some amps

Salut MusashiChan, je trouve ta présentation du JVM très claire et complète! J aurais juste une question; certains disent que cet ampli est plutôt pour le blues et le rock, et qu'il n est pas super pour le métal... Est tu de cet avis?
Comme je suis métalleux et grand fan de slayer, slipknot, metallica, dream theater... je voudrais savoir si tu me conseilles d investir dans cet ampli ou pas...

Yes ; it's my very first good tube amp and it's fantastic ; it's not the cheapest but it's syrely the most versatile, innovative et complete amp of the moment. If you have the money, don't hesitate ; you will have a life to find every possibility of this amp !
Le "poc" qu'on entends un peut de temps en temps vient de l'ampli ? j'ai deja vu une video qui montre ce probleme sur cette serie.

pour du slayer , zakk wylde , maiden ... ca va l'faire . après , pour du gros son gras typé US ... ca reste un marshall hein ;)

i think mesa's road king II is much more versatile becouse its clean like an fender and his distorcion its wonderful
