everyone's like it causes cancer dont tan its bad! :/ seriously guys some ppl spend more time in the sun EACH day than ppl that tan do in a week, now there are those dummies that lay out in the sun for hrs but thats not the majority.. giving yourself 30 mins n the sun every other day will not destine you to get skin cancer mmkay? jus be smart about it wear sunscreen and reapply regularly, wear shades and a hat & ur good, take a chill pill, gosh.

You can walk around in the sun for 15 minutes twice a week to get your vitamin D, or, you can take a daily multi vitamin to get your vitamin D. You don't have to bask in the sun or lay in a tanning bed. It's so bad for you. Try self tanning or don't tan at all. Light colored people are beautiful the way they are.

15 (for the face)its amazing self tanner plus

the SUN RAYS don't have vitamin d. your body has the vitamin d and the sun helps absorb it. :) and actually it's proven that you only need about 10 minutes of sun exposure to absorb it. and the actual tan is what represents the damage (melanin production is more)...so there really is no such thing as a safe tan.

i hate the spray. might as well get a spray on tan. i use hawaiian tropic dark tanning oil.. but i've been going every other day and im not as dark as i wanna be yet.

Yeah when it comes to tanning oil any spf is better than none because if you have to mutch you want get a tan because thats what suncreen does! it protects your skin from the sun, and tanning oil attracts it! But I went conoeing 11 miles in the summer and my mom wasnt looking when she bought the suncreen and it was only 10spf and I got water blisters and like 3 layers of my skin came off lol

SPF 10 is really not going to do anything especially if you are putting it on once and lying in the sun for like an hour or two. The number of spf isnt as important as how often you apply it.

omg girl I tried some sunless tanner the other day it was the sublime by loreal and that stuff is yucky and gross if you sweat at all it gets all clumpy and streaky on your skin and I know there is alot of hype about not tanning outside because of cancer but hell if I look like this from lotions I would rather get a real one haha your so cute and make me jealous being young and vibrant haha j/k I need to get my vibrancy back lol but nice vid take care!

I love a real tan but i have tried a lot of self tanners. Your should review the tan fabulous. It is the easiest most natural looking tanner. All you do is wash it on just like foaming soap, you leave it on for 1 min. (yes 1 min.) and then you shower it off and it is perfect. You can dry with a towel right after and nothing will show on the towel..You should try it, you ll love it...Thanks for the videos.........Tina

SPF does not stop you from tanning. it only protects you from the harmful rays and getting skin cancer which has nothing to do with tanning...

I have that , but with no sun screen . I LOVE LOVE LOVE the arasol can ! It works really well to . I tan fast also , but it adds to the effect and gives me a deeper tone tan .

I randomlly go into a tanning bed, but

like I said I always use an SPF to protect my skin.And in the summer I tan outside:)Im not too sure,but I assume the sun is better for you in moderation of coarse!!!!!~

shiny "oil" is more attracted to the sun, and sucks in more of the sun...that's why lipgloss (that is very shiny) needs spf, because your lips will be damaged, too
