This is a very bad interpratation of Paganini. Most of the frasing is a real nonsense. I was surprised because Atar Arad is very famous and respected. That makes me very sad.

@egonfmattos Oddly enough this is the one piece he's made an entire career off of. Crazy, huh? I've listened to him live 3 times and came out each time sorely disappointed.

@egonfmattos I'm sure you're right. Can you please post a recording of yourself with your artistic superiority playing this piece better? Or any recording of this piece, for that matter? Phrasing is a personal preference, but because you don't like how he phrases this doesn't make him a bad artist as you propose.

@Farnik01 This is an italian music which must be played with an italian style, with italian spirit. This interpretation shows a big lack of knowledge about italian culture and art. It is what it is no matter what anyone can say. It is not the correct style of Paganini, it is not an italian style way of playing. The notes can be there, but the music is not!
