@JaqieofSilentHill  marines but Warning eather one join its not a walk in the park i just got back from paris island on a 5 day trip from my rotc class and it was hard as hell but if you do what your are told quickly and you are deticated u will do fine i hope this helped. @XxTheXNerdXGuyxX The gas chamber is basically a room that they put u in and u remove your gas masks and breath in tear gas it burns like hell tho and you can barley breath or see but if you wanna see how bad it looks look up tear gas chamber marines and u will see some people go threw it it hurts but everyone gotta do it : ) hope this helped

I also know you arnt a Marine, because all Marines know that Boot Camp is probably the proudest accomplishment of your life because of the difficulty, whether you graduate from San Diego or Parris Island. If any of you want to become Marines one day or are already in the DEP, there is a web site for FUTURE MARINES that you all should read.

It has plenty of good honest info about the USMC and you can send your question in to an actual Marine who will answer them.

You can't really accurately describe which is harder. There will always be a rivalry between PI and SD, but honestly, one has hills - one has sand beetles. The rest is pretty much the same in terms of training requirements and the tenacity of drill instructors.

True. Both are going to be hard if thats what you already have in your mind. Theres only a couple things aka heat, hills, exc.... If you can take orders and take orders QUICK. You will do great. P.S if you go to Parris Island dont make little hash marks on your bed post. You will drive your self nuts...lol..
